Wha? You mean people didn't want to know that campaign has rock, mauler, and brutes? I know that some people are mega-halo 3 virgins but come on.

Some people are airtight regarding this and don't want to see anything, it might be weird but it's easy to just link so they can still keep visiting the thread. I didn't really mind the image.

Why does everyone act like this is so hard to do.. just click the link button instead of the image button... it's just 3 icons away. SHEESH

I've gotten so liberal with the ignore function because of Halo 3, it's made this board so much more readable.
 
I was watching Prison Break yesterday recorded on my TIVO, and when the halo 3 commercial came up, my friend and I stopped to watch it instead of skip past it. :lol

@Graphics discussion: I know that Halo 3 has ome bigger maps than he other games I mentioned but the big flaw is that there are still alot of levels which are not wide open and there you can see the limitations of the engine. Also the aliasing pretty bad imo. If the game had AA like on the screens the overall visual experience would improve alot imo.
 
Someone told me that if you play 2 player Co-Op it has to be on the same Xbox, is this true? 2 players can't play Co-Op on different Xbox's on the net?
He said 2 on 1 box, then the other 2 can be anywhere else.
If this is true, why didn't they put that feature in?

That's stupid. You can play with 2 players over Live.

It's not true.
You can play 2p co-op over Live.

edit: wow, beaten and all in the same minute.

Someone was misinformed. You can play up to 4 player co-op over Live, and you don't need the second player to be sharing your console.

Usually everything in gaming (reviewing) happens at pacific time. So my guess would be the three and a half hours.
 
I got a question for anyone whos played Forge. I know you can use items to splat people with, but is it possible to pick something up and put enough energy into it to make it into a battering ram?
 
My monday is going to rock.. I think I've got the best day tomorrow.

I work till lunch.

Then for lunch I leave the office and walk down to where my buddies have the RV parked for some pre-Monday night football tailgating (along with everyone at the office). I spend the rest of the day (like most my co-workers) BBQ'ing, eating gumbo, and drinking. Then its off to the Superdome for some football at 7 (hopefully the Saints decide its time to play for the season) and then after a hard fought victory at the dome I roll out to Ebgames around 11, cream my pants, and finish the fight. Thank god I don't have a normal workday tomorrow, it would be excruciatingly boring, and I don't see how I'd get anything done.

Wow. That has the potential to work perfectly. Awesome idea. I think with Forge, a bunch more Lost machinimas are possible.

Yep. You can affect a kind of "force push" by using the accelerate trigger to hurl stuff.

Question that has probably been answered 100 times, but can you have two people on your console and play with others co-op online? (Like have my gf and I on one system and somebody else playing with there friend on the other on Live?)

Jaggies are there but you don't notice them when you're trying to stay alive. Jerky framerate is what you tend to notice more than anything.
