If I'm playing just with friends in an unranked match, is there any way to choose who hosts and who doesn't?

If its a custom game, the party leader may get host preference but is not guaranteed to be host. That's how it works in Halo 2.

The whole thing is a generator.

Copy the image location when you view someone's profile. The last 11 characters change different things. I'm compiling a list of what changes what, and what letters represent what right now.

I've found a new helmet, a new chestplate, and a new set of shoulder armor.

EDIT: There. New helmet, new chestplate, new shoulders.

Still trying to figure out COLOR for everything. I can get the primary color for EVERYTHING to change, but the secondary, and individual colors are kind of...weird.

While nothing is really riding on the reviews (considering the fact that I've preordered the LE, and, from what I've played in the Beta, the game's gameplay and balance are unparalleled. Add on to that the mountains of extra features and polish it has received, and I'm totally gold.), I too am really curious as to what the game will get, mostly for the inevitable meltdowns. Whether the cries are of "underrated!" or "overrated", there WILL be meltdowns. I'm counting on Gerstmann here.

My current avatar is 86 x 199 x 76kb. That should be safe right?

You know, even if the graphics aren't perfect/are uneven, even if the game is a little short in single player, even if the story isn't perfect, I still think this game is going to be incredible. I think this is going to be one of those games where the sum is greater than the parts. Campaign, Campaign Co-op, Co-op Metagame, The Forge, Saved Films, Multiplayer, and Bungie.Net integration. I'm drunk on Bungie Cool-Aid right now thanks to the awesomeness of the Bungie.Net integration, but I dare say that any title with integration like this should get extra points from the reviewers.

The fact that I'm clicking on Luke's clips and they will be waiting for me shortly after loading up Halo 3 in my 360 on Tuesday is just blowing my mind.

Go to my gamertag and File Share and you'll see it there, then you can prop the download to your Xbox360 (assuming you own Halo) and then next time you log in to Halo 3 on Live, bam the clip will download for you.

I think I figured it out now. When it sized 86 up to 90 it pushed the rest over. My orginal file was ok, it was the way this forum resizes avatars that created the problem.

Yeah I can't stand gamer clutter. I don't know how people sit in front their tv sets with little action figures stacked around it, and 5,000 dvds facing outwards, and 30 wrapped up controllers stuffed in every opening of the tv stand.
