best of luck, i used every available resource i know at ms, then had some friends that know people higher up and still no pull...

im extremely disatisfied with the process so far..i mean july my system breaks and i cant get a replacement by september...horrible

You know, if they had put that bag full of schwag up for sell I think I would have bought one. Probably $700 though.
 
Is the game really jaggie city?

From everything I have seen of the game, the vidocs, the live presentations, it looked pretty clean to me. Also, the beta had jaggies, but I didn't think they were a huge issue.

So can you guys with the game sound off? How are the graphics? I know people hate when this question is asked, but I got to go?


I still am getting this game, regardless of what is said, but I am curious.

Halo 3 has as much AA as gears.

No kidding. Compared to every other preview/review I've read before, this one comes completely out of left field. This is actually the only time I've read real negative impressions of Halo 3's graphics. Odd.

All games look bad if they don't look like gears of war.

See that? I don't even consider it worth capitalizing the G or the W.

This a direct feed screen shot, uncompressed. That's the amount of jaggies you will see during the game, at least in multiplayer.

hazlet nj gamefactory just picked up 3 copies fuck yeah they close at 9:30 so tommorow morning for you guys perhaps? Manager of eb games wants my reciept so he can sue time to finish the fight

Thanks for this! It's right by campus so I just rushed on down, asked if they had it, and they did.

So far, the game is pretty sweet, I think it will get good scores all around. More importantly, I think single player Halo fans will love it.

Well I'm sorta screwed. I'll probably end up playing on a 17 or 19 inch CRT monitor.. that is 3-4 years old. But eh, I'll live.

Also, can someone point me in the direction of whatever info is available on Campaign scoring? (And may I also ask.. what is "OP"? ..Note: the "Junior" status.. cut me some slack..)

LOL, you guys think Miranda is chubby? LOL...I think she looks like a regular girl. Regardless..it is a good videogame model.

LOL...Johnson was wierd expression on his face..like a "What the F?" Expression.

You can notice some aliasing here and there but it's nothing heavy. Again, looks to be 2X AA. Can't judge from static images really though.

These are all art though right? Not in game stuff. He looked great in the preview for the calibration tool.
