Edit: I also got the Security Helmet and Katana with a gamerscore of 1140. It had been unavailable even though I was over 1000. I also got the chaingun kill one earlier.

I still haven't gotten a oddball on a legendary map! I wish they would count Cold Storage because I've gotten that twice!. Also I was secretly trying to get matched against you randomly in FFA DLC, thought it would be funny.

And yea Crazed, I was like "WTF is going on!" when that was happening. It was funny. Also I'm pretty sure with you and your friends we could easily hit 50 in SWAT.

Yeah, we sometimes get like that, so who's up for some halo today then, I guess I could do some more swat depending on if I want to yell at people who are elites or I don't.

Last week someone told me that if I didn't un-ban them, they'd hack "The Halo 3 server."

I pleaded that, whatever they do, that they did not steal my megahurtz. They're all that I have. =(
 
If I'm playing Capture the Flag (a game that I already fucking hate) and my entire team quits, WTF am I supposed to do?

I plug in my mic to try to give my team some direction (since they were playing like idiots) and I notice that I'm the only one on my team that is still playing.

Did I quit? No. Why? I don't know :lol
 
Did anyone get anything in their email about a free code to a Fable 2 pub game? I got one in my email from a while ago when they sent me an offer for a free pub game.

We were having a discussion in IRC last night about that a bit. How theres no visible numbers and system so its not exact. You can get a feel but it will never be perfect.

We decided those pictures that Lukems drew in mspaint about the trajectory BR in the BWU that the H2 version made more sense. Especially the fact that most maps the bullets would travel instantaneously all the way across the map so there wouldn't be a need for leading shots.

I aim for the direction they are jumping lead it but still have the EDGE of the crosshair on their head. so its like O+ but the + would be a bit overlapping on the O... the O being their head. IF THAT MAKES ANY SENSE LOL!

WOW now I know why we pay for Live. I've had the new SOCOM for 2 days and still haven't played a game. It sucks, I might have to play Halo while restarting my searches for games in SOCOM...

SOCOM != all PS3 online games. Warhawk works flawlessly, and it costs $0 to play.

But real quick Halo observation: does anyone else see a "beak" on the ODST helmet? I noticed it when I first selected my armor for Halo 3 multi, and now I can't unsee it. :(
 
Squad Battle is a headache for me, I thought it had so much hope because it was BR starts, but it turns out they only use big ass maps and add in vehicles and heavies. Like yea up the usefulness of a players skill by adding BR starts thats good and all, but then they drop it by adding vehicles.

IMO vehicles and heavies belong in social, that shit isn't skill, its which team has the most players that know wtf they are doing. Espcially in TS, TS should be limited to the sandbox that is weapons, nades, melees, turrets, and equipment, not fuckin vehicles in a 4v4 or 3v3 gametype! makes it too easy for one team to dominate and make the other team quit especially on Standoff if one team gets hog and laser, but fuck that.

Needs more Pit Bomb and Multiflag IMO.
 
This is slightly off-topic but I spotted Halo: Uprising 1,2 and 3 in a comic shop recently and see that the final issue is supposed to be hitting in November. Does anyone know if a Halo: Uprising graphic novel will hit? And if so, when?

Probably when Halo 3: Recon ships. Might be delayed until Halo 4 ships, though.

Haha. Shouldn't be too hard to roll all four comics into one book and ship it out. But it did take over a year to make four-issues of a comic that takes place in between Halo 2 and 3 though so...

And according to an article I just read, due to "last minute" plot changes to Halo 3 right before the release of the game, Uprising's story had to be completely reworked? Anyone know what that's about?

Also, I just found it on Amazing...Paperback graphic novel is supposed to be released on December 10th.

According to an internet report, Bungie made last minute changes to Halo 3 which required Halo: Uprising's storyline to be reworked. Did Bungie make "last minute changes" to the plot of Halo 3, and if so, what kind of changes?
