You can after me.urk said:Dolls. Let me play with them.
They are not dolls!! They are action figures!!urk said:Dolls. Let me play with them.

Yes. I would do this. The Lamonster said:I would really only be interested in the generic Spartans if you could get one of yourself...kinda like what they're doing with World of Warcraft.
Agreed.the disgruntled gamer said:The fact that anyone would waste their money on that shit is baffling to me.

Yeah, I do have the helmet also.GhaleonEB said:Agreed.

....well, the Chieftain and Master Chief might be cool....

Still, what do you do with it? It's a tiny, overpriced piece of plastic. To people move them around and pretend it's a battle? Do they talk to them? I don't understand this.
Dunno. Probably the same thing I did with my helmet. I have a shelf devoted to gaming stuff (books, magazines, helmets), so they would probably just get parked there. I have literally zero action figures, but I kind of want a couple of these.the disgruntled gamer said:Yeah, I do have the helmet also.

I have 2 helmets and I love the one in the living room. People always ask about it and my responses have never been nerdy. The one that freaks out people is the one next to my bed.the disgruntled gamer said:Yeah, I do have the helmet also.

Because they look neat. Dunno.
Also, how much are they? I have no idea.
I have a master chied and leon from resident evil guarding my game shelf, once you pose them and find a good spot they look pretty good filling up empty space.the disgruntled gamer said:The fact that anyone would waste their money on that shit is baffling to me.
the_zombie_luke said:Why did the boot betrayers options not make it back for Halo 3? I got team killed in two games and I have no idea why. It wasn't accidental either. The first I had just gotten an overkill with a turret, and then some douchebag on my team walked up and killed me. The other the jackass killed me when I had the bomb in a neutral assault game. What's leaving a review going to do? :lol
I've booted several people. Mostly griefers.the_zombie_luke said:Why did the boot betrayers options not make it back for Halo 3? I got team killed in two games and I have no idea why. I'd never seen the option so I assumed it was gone. Good to know.Stinkles said:Booting betrayers is in. Depends on the playlist and frequency.
Also, standbyers get banned much faster than before.
I hope I didn't miss something obvious, but how do you boot people? In Halo 2 the option came up. Do you have to select the player list menu like you do to mute people or does the menu still come up?GhaleonEB said:I've booted several people. Mostly griefers.
I believe you have to the the host, and someone has to betray you. I then get the same option as in Halo 2, to boot them with X. At least, that's been what happened each of the times I've done so. (I only boot deliberate griefers.)the_zombie_luke said:I hope I didn't miss something obvious, but how do you boot people? In Halo 2 the option came up. Thank you. I don't usually get team killed anyway but it's good to know.GhaleonEB said:I believe you have to the the host, and someone has to betray you. What's this all about? Any other playlist changes? My work blocks b.neturk said:Man, ranked BTB isn't as good as Bungie promised!
Bungie said:This week, Ranked Big Team Battle arrives in Halo 3s matchmaking playlists. This playlist is an eight versus eight playlist with a focus on Slayer and objective games. Like Halo 2's Big Team Battle, there is a tilt toward Slayer gametypes.
Heres a quick and dirty breakdown of what gametypes, maps and rules have been incorporated into the first release of Ranked Big Team Battle.
Primary Weapon: Battle Rifle
Secondary Weapon: Assault Rifle
Gametypes: Team Slayer, Multi Flag CTF, One Flag CTF, Neutral Bomb Assault, One Bomb Assault, Territories
Maps: Last Resort, Standoff, Valhalla, Valhalla Covies, Rats Nest, Sandtrap, Sandtrap Covies
This hopper is live now.
Agreed, though even I have learned to enjoy Slayer in BTB quite a bit. Slayer with 16 on Sandtrap is such a hoot.Striker said:Excellent news regarding BTB.
I hope they tilt the weight towards objectives, though.
CTF/Assault > Slayer
Is there a chart listing what kinds of matches are on each map?GhaleonEB said:Agreed, though even I have learned to enjoy Slayer in BTB quite a bit. Slayer with 16 on Sandtrap is such a hoot.
