Come on, dude. Before you got kicked out of the IRC I began to talk to you about it but all you did was type 'LOL' yourself and not take the situation seriously at all.
Instead of being the bigger person here, you've been consistently say that it didn't mean anything, that this is bull shit, that everyone here are dicks, etc. You could have have been a bit more mature. All you had to was post something along the lines of:
Save face, you know? You need to relax. Get away from the thread and the arguing. If this stuff is really bothering you then I suggest you take some time away from GAF. Get over this and come back when your mind is clear.
But stop taking this crap seriously and take some time off.

Too much eDrama.
In my eyes, boosting in H2H is really not that bad. I think the boosting by using alts is the same or worse. It isn't like they're manipulating connections or something. How does someone get matched up with the same dude over and over? Do you just enter matchmaking at the same time and cross your fingers? Or is there other schemes in place? If you don't get matched up you just quit? Thus having -500 exp.

I hope you're joking EazyB since I've been occassionally posting in this thread before your giant slappy fight with juices began over whatever it is you're having a slappy fight about. But I guess I shouldn't be surprised if you aren't joking and don't genuinely know who I am since I haven't gotten caught up in any of the bickering and so you probably don't recognise my s/n.
This thread is fun to read through when I get shown stuff like the Halo 3 Myth Busters videos and get ideas about wacky and/or fun stuff I should try when playing but more often than not you guys just seem to be bickering about some pointless shit. It's pretty tedious.

and maybe the reason you have fans like juices is because you find them so easy to ignore, as you said, instead of actually listening to them, or at least acknowledging them. i'd love to find out what you think about the rest of your fans if you're so disappointed in the relatively tame juices.
This is a great rationalization. Bungie made the game, and has delineated clearly what is and is not cheating. Boosting is cheating. "Tinkering with the MM system" is cheating by another term. That's like saying you didn't shoplift, you bypassed the cash registers. It is interesting - comforting, actually - that Bungie's hammer swats cheaters at your level just as hard as those who boost even higher. Justice is meted out evenly.xxjuicesxx said:

But to be fair there was no "cash" I wasn't cheating for rank. In fact I don't think our ranks changed once in any of the games we played together. But its still a ban that I don't mind serving, and I won't be doing it again.
I just wish everyone wasn't so hostile towards me.
And the scenario subset said is almost exactly how it played out.

Honestly, I hope it isn't plagued by lag like most games have been lately, kind of disappointing that this still hasn't been addressed by anyone. It's not an isolated problem, I have way more laggy games these days that I ever have, regardless of who I play with. I've had some pretty miserable red latency bar matches in MLG over the past couple days.
I've posted 2-3 times of games where I felt I got cheated (standby, players on my team suddenly getting dropped in pregame, etc.) but I don't have that feeling that they were banned, at least not as quick as they should have been...xxjuicesxx said:

They need to create more of these. Whether it's for Objectives, Slayer, or whatever. They did them specifically for SWAT and Head to Head, but hardly much else (not counting MLG here).

I always thought open, non-close quarters combat was Halo's biggest strong point.
Take from Silent Cartographer all the way to Tsvao Highway, open levels, multiple approaches, non-close combat awesome sauce.

Well it would be unfair to say Halo is limited only to its close range combat. While true that the AR is a close range weapon and that by spawning with it you are more limited to such encounters it would be unwise to neglect the importance of all the other weapons. Even level design holds true for a much farther distanced battle to take place with long stretches and even maps that are simply two corridors. Now we could analyze it from a different perspective, losing the gameplay features and focusing on character names. By playing as a Spartan it is silent yet loud cry by Bungie to say "Fighting is personal. Fighting is close."
Really no side has a valid argument because Halo is such a divinely diverse game that any sort of judgment cast on it can be blindsided by an ignorant comment leaving only source code and statistical numerics.
