The Halo 3 AR has a reduced clip compared to the Halo:CE AR. This is balanced by a change in damage done by the weapon. The Halo 3 AR is far more powerful than the Halo:CE AR, and is much more lethal ant medium distances. The Halo 3 AR can be classified as a short to somewhere-between-short-and-medium range weapon, whereas the Halo:CE AR was rightfully known as a pray-and-spray weapon from anywhere beyond short ranges. In addition to this, Ghaleon was making a fairly obvious joke playing off the BR silliness, and you completely missed it.

True, but I'd still like to see it broken down. Sort of. Do the Needler first.

I think if you’re doing it to get something you’re doing it for the wrong reasons because you may be dissapointed at the end result. I think it’s just a way to give back to Bungie for their big day and say thanks for making an amazing game. I also feel that it's kind of neat that the entire Halo community can contribute to something in a positive way. All I'm am expected is a nice thank you. As you said it seems fitting for the date 7/7.

Why is it MLG's most requested map then? Are they introducing the AR into the league finally?

I never played it properly back in day so I can't really speak to as well as I wish I could, but I still believe BR starts > AR starts for any/all maps.

It looks like teleporter 3 puts you in a different spot then I remembered. Didn't teleport 3 use to put you by the broken bridge by needler spawn?

So you said Chillout was more of an AR / shotgun map... When the reality of it, Chill out was a pistol map + all the power weapons in close quarters. Chill Out was a seriously furious map and a AR doesn't match the speed of a map like Chill Out. I'm pulling for heavy amount of BR starts on chilly.
