GAF, I game on a Dell - S3220DG, which has served me well for work and video games. However, I have been looking for a second monitor to help with productivity for my laptop.

I have an M1 MacBook Air which serves my purposes. This is what I am looking for to stack above the Dell -S3220DG.

Am I making a mistake for USD $147?

I don't believe the MBA M1 can output 1440p and 4k, so I was looking at 1080p.

Unless you are dead set on a Dell monitor something like this is a lot cheaper and has far better specs.

Edit - I see you had a 27" posted initially let me find you one in that size as I'm assuming you don't want to go with a 24" for this use case.
