People who shop at A&F 'n friends are, in fact, quite the opposite of trendy. They are the very apex of out-of-touch, twenty-something jackassery. However, tossing off a few hundreds out of your lavish Best Buy income to look like a high school student is pretty entertaining for others.

let me preface this by saying i'm not really into fashion at all, and this is pretty theoretical, fuelled by my current aderall binge.

It seems that the point of fashion is to look aesthetically good, but perhaps more importantly, unique as to set yourself apart from the crowd. while stuff like A&F may make you look good, and this is arguable, it also looks terribly generic, and people sadly do often judge people on their appearance. It's a solution for people with little taste, and just throwing money at a problem. even worse though are the hipster types who try to hard to be unique. While I applaud effort, I think it may be better to look like you're not trying too hard, than to look pretentious, since appearance shouldn't be worth so much effort.

The trick with style is finding a balance between originality and aesthetics that won't make you look like a pretentious douchebag, or at the oppostie end of the spectrum, a fraternity bro, which is why I don't bother and usually just wear stuff that looks simple and good to myself.

(cute kid though, i cant wait til I have one of those. As long as they look as their mother, my babies will be the most beautiful ones ever..hehe :)

Who the fuck are you to talk? What's your girlfriend look like? I'm not talking about the fake ass pictures you'll try and pawn off on here of you and some friend of yours or some random ass girl you found while googling woman or the fake ass stories you'll make up to make yourself look cool. Did I personally fucking say something to make you feel obligated to have to respond and say something negative about some or my girlfriend who is much more personable and enjoyable to be around then any spoiled and rich "beautiful girls" ive been with!! I'll let you in on a little something about the way you see things, just because someone shops at a certain store doesn't make them apex and out-of-touch, I'm fucking 22 and a college student and if I want to fucking wear something that I find appealing that's what I'll wear. Everyone wants to talk shit because I work at best buy seriously, I'm not in my upper twenty's or thirty's or even graduated from college yet, so what the fuck else am I going to work at part-time while goto school full-time that pays well above minimum wage, I get good fucking discounts on my electronics and that's why I work there.

@ Mike Works: In all seriousness my girlfriend is a complete package to me and her personality outweighs a person who just has looks by tenfold for me. She's the only girl I've ever brought home to meet my family who didn't think she was a stuck up bitch either.

@ Kevtones: Your girlfriend very well could be better looking, I wasn't aware this was a contest....but that was a pretty bad picture of her, even she's hated it since it was taken.

@ NJ x Falkor: All I did was defend myself against the first smartass to say something about my picture. I didn't go around talking all types of shit until that point was crossed, I've looked at a few of the people on here who thought it would be cool to take a few shots at me, and really hey have no room to talk....at all.

This is a joke between a friend and me, not to be taken seriously or like I'm being an arrogant prick about working there or anything like that. Also it seems to me you obviously worked there once to know what farming is as well so STFU!

I don't know what all the hates for. You guys just try to find anything you can to make yourself feel better. I post some pictures and some of you have to start a shitstorm over it. I'm far from being "owned" by any of you, I can tell that just by looking at some of your pictures.

Yea, gaf has no soul. To be honest I like the hair in the second picture, you should get some smaller blackrim glasses though. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, they really would add alot to the overall look your going for.
