COVID affect is showing up right now. A lot of games have been delayed internally as they were not prepared for a situation like that.

I expect slow 2024 too, considering how mess up the release schedule for most developers is.

They have these showcases to show fans or get fans hyped for whats coming. You need to sell the hype to your fanbase. I was looking for an 2205 E3 Killzone 2 type reveal from this Show. I'm pretty sure most PS fans were.

They have an armada of 1st party studios that have been radio silent for a few years. We haven't had a PS Showcase for how long and we get a whole bunch of 3rd parties, mixed in with Indies and Spiderman 2 at the tail end that looks underwhelming for a PS5 title.

The conference should have been titled as 'PS 3rd Party Showcase'.

As a PS fan this was a conference that gave me the opposite of an erection. No wonder Xbox is taking the mickey out of this shower of shit PS served up today.

I think it's clear that fractions is still a wayyyyyys off. If Sony was dropping an unnamed/revealed game this year, they would have showed it today
