Like i said before, if aliens existed we would have far more proof then those few light "orbs'. By now. and that will not be only contained by the US. Because US simple isn't that big on the world map.
As i mentioned before aliens have zero reason to visit the earth or even care about us remotely. If they have tech that pushes them through countless of planets and star systems to reach us. The only reason they would visit is to contact with us for whatever reason.
