The last two times I've eaten at Five Guys, I thought I was going to die afterwards. I ordered a burger and an order of fries, and by the end of the meal I swear I was having mild heart palpitations. It's so salty.

Any of the chicken sandwiches.
The thing that I don't like about their sandwiches is that if you order the non-deluxe ones, they put them into this insulated bag that makes the buns soggy.
Also, aside from the chicken patties themselves, the other aspects of the sandwich are just so-so.

just had some of them burger king chicken strips.

Were pretty decent. Got the crisp and texture right. Was a tid bit dry though, and mcdonalds has better sauces.

After watching Skyfall again last night, I ended up getting McDonald's after not having it for several months...

Got a Double Cheeseburger mini meal... And a McChicken. Yes, the McGangbang was delicious.

No regrets.

I went to a McDonald's in Las Vegas that had a Spicy McChicken (maybe they are everywhere, but I don't remember seeing it on the menu the last time I was at my local McDonald's).The Spicy McGangbang might be the greatest thing I've eaten at a fast food place.

McDonald's in Utah have had spicys on the dollar menu for at least 9 years. I eat them more than I would like to admit, they are so tasty.

whats good from chick-fil-a

we just got one here

Spicy chicken deluxe: lettuce tomato pepper jack cheese pickles no mayonnaise included for like 4.50 after tax. -sauces that go well with it: buffalo, chikfila sauce, ranch

Spicy chicken biscuit: $2.25+tax during morning hours. -sauces that go well with it: buffalo, chikfila sauce, ranch

Chicken salad sandwich 3.99

Healthy choice: Grilled chicken with fruit salad less than 6 bucks: has chicken cheese strawberries mixed fruit assorted vegetables and berry vinagerette! Very berry good!

Their fries are good too!!

That's what I like!

Gotta spruce dem sandwiches up with sauces bro!

So I had some Raising Cane's today.

I was not impressed. I can get better chicken strips and fries from the Whataburger right next to it.

You have terrible taste in chicken strips, Whataburger's chicken strips are not that good at all.

The problem with any fast food chicken sandwich whether it's grilled or fried is you are pretty much automatically looking at 1000mg+ of sodium. Not that it's easy to avoid sodium at fast food restaurants anyway.

Canes generally has the better chicken strips, but Whataburger has a creamy pepper sauce which is better than Canes sauce. Canes Chicken strips + whataburger's creamy pepper sauce would be heavenly

The last few times I've gotten the strips from the WB they were very dry and spongey, Canes is always juicy and moist.

I'm currently in Australia. Not that I want to be eating lots of fast food but what should I be trying that I can't get in the US?

Already tried Oporto's when they opened their first store in SoCal. Had pies from Pie Face the first morning I got here...any good Aus-only menu items at Hungry Jack's (aka Burger King) or McDonald's?

MacDonalds here in Germany had it pretty hard convincing people to it in their restaurants. Since then they really tried hard to get good quality ingridients.

a burger here is several orders of magnitude better and "real" than pretty much in any other continent.

just ask for it "without chesse" and voilá, a freshly prepared hamburger for you, in less than 5 minutes.

the equivalent of the quarter pounder here tastes incredible and it has real lettuce, real tomatos and real beef.

Macdonalds in germany, recommended all the way.

I had some Popeyes today. Goddamn. I said goddamn. I don't think I had any in years.

Popeyes is my new crack habit. I go there twice a week at least on my lunch break. Unfortunatley I'm white, it's in the hood and they always dick me over when it comes to the biscuits. The biscuits are godly and they never give me one with my combo.

Regular Spicy Chicken, not deluxe.

The thing that I don't like about their sandwiches is that if you order the non-deluxe ones, they put them into this insulated bag that makes the buns soggy.
Also, aside from the chicken patties themselves, the other aspects of the sandwich are just so-so.

You can ask for it in the little plastic containers, at least I always do.

And that's the whole point, for the chicken to be the entire focus. Getting the deluxe takes away from that. BOOOO

Red Rooster?

Do they have Nandos in the states?

Hungry Jacks used to have the Aussie Burger, but I don't think they have them anymore.

Can't think of anything else really........

taco bell made me throw up last week, never eating there again. it was definitely the tacos. the next day I tried to finish the taco box that I ordered because i hate seeing food to waste, and some part of me was telling me that it was somehow not taco bell, but yeah, it was taco bell, and i got sick again

Sweet King Deal from BK
-Whopper JR
-Small Fries
-Small Drink
-Chocolate/Caramel Sundae (I get it plain and only eat 1/4 of it)
= $3.99 YO

I swear, the sausage and egg biscuit and hash brown from Mcdonalds is one of the greatest combinations ever.

One thing I love about fastfood lately is that I exercise so much and normally cook my own healthy meals at home that I have no guilt eating this stuff. Sometimes it actually makes me happy eating fastfood. Seriously craving Popeyes right now.

Regular Spicy Chicken, not deluxe.

i had the deluxe and some chicken nuggs

i put the chick fil a sauce on it as suggested

i like the polystyrene sauce for the nuggets.. dat high fructose corn syrup

pretty damn good

the nuggets seemed freshly breaded compared to whatever mcdonalds nuggets are lol

I got to U of Pittsburgh and a new Popeye's opened in a spot where a Wendy's used to be. Went in there and got chicken strips/fries/biscuits (5 of them), and it was a mad house. It is like the only Popeye's in the city, and as much as I love their biscuits, it was crazy inside. But every time I walk past, that chicken smell grabs me.

Chik-fil-a's spicy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets are just insanely good. I'm not huge into the fries although when they're fresh out of the fryer they're pretty good. But them nuggets and chicken sandwiches. So good. Their ice cream is surprisingly good, too.

I had a spicy deluxe today. The lettuce, tomato, and cheese make the sandwich better. For the original chicken sandwich I agree that the only veggies on the sandwich should be pickles, but the spicy is great with all the fixins

Picked up some Popeyes chicken nuggets and fries last night, used all the blackened ranch they gave me. Mmmmmmmm.

I tried some Burger King for lunch while out shopping today. I haven't had it for years and I remember why. The Whoppers have this slightly odd smell and taste to them. I don't know if it's the wrapper, the bun, or the meat recipe, but it makes me queasy. After a couple bites I was done. The curly sweet potato fries were okay though, but very dry and without much sweetness.

There's one in South Side, but yeah, not many around here. I've personally never been any of them, but one day.... one day I'll try it.
