That definitely could be revolutionary for cooling mobile devices, consoles, VR devices, laptops, anything that needs compact cooling!
Unfortunately, if it works as well as it seems in the video, they would be a prime acquisition target for just about any big tech company, and Apple as the most cash on hand.

Can't see how these will work for anything other than low-power laptops. As it stands you need like 4 of them to hit around 30W of cooling.
Consoles would need around 150W of cooling.
Great for laptops though.
