Is the Ps4 Pro 4k?

Here are some screenshots.

Dunno. Maybe they push more effects, texture, but I can't be sure. A bump in resolution could explain the PRO jet engine. If I would guess, maybe pushing 1440p or some custom resolution, but maybe the HUD is indeed in 4k. Can't tell yet.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
I haven't had much time to play this, but I finished the tutorial / prologue area with the three dungeons. Did my first pull and got the maid person + some ice-based husbando.

Game is a lot of fun and the exploration is intriguing - which I guess is good because it seems like a lot of the game's progress is gated by it.

I think I got the same characters. Noelle is guaranteed for the first pull, the second one was one ice-based husbando lol.

Having fun with the game, it will only get better when I play with my friends (I'm lacking free time to play lately).

On the beta I beat this challenge with all character at level 40, spamming abilities and damage explosions(followed by dungeon buffs) with Kaeya.
Simply put, increase your elemental afinity to beat the last bosses of 3 challenge. It was difficult, but possible.
Also, throwing enemies on the abyss is an excelent strategy for beating in the time limit.
Thanks, I didn't even think about throwing the enemies off. In the open world, usually that just makes them pop back on top of the cliff/mountain with full health, so I haven't even considered it an option. I feel like people with Diluc are going to have an easy time in Abyss (for now at least). I got to play as him during that story mission, and it showed me just how big the difference is between him and my best "DPS" units. It'll be nice in general to have access to Fire element outside of 2 really bad skills that Amber and Xiangling have.

I feel like bow in general should have their element tied to their normal attack combos. It'd be no better than the mage attacks since they can miss and then the characters would be useful for something other than just sniping. Hell, even if they had a buff to add element to their normal combo attacks for like 60sec or something, that'd be a start. I got Fischl on one of my rerolls, and she had the same problems as Amber, but her R2 move was just better.

Wake up call for all the big western developers who keep making ugly female characters. though entry cost is free, This game is filled with micro transactions and not having the best graphics, all they focus is making girls in game look as cute and attractive as possible and give players an open world. Why would western developers rather throw money away than to make good looking girl chars is beyond me.

It's also has proper gameplay that I didn't expect from a F2p gacha game like the gliding system , puzzles and a decent combat (which reminds me of Divinity O/s 2 elemental interaction) . A few of the soundtrack theme is very pleasing and soothing as well , it's really a complete package which put it well ahead on other paid games like recent "Tales Of" series that is not Vesperia

Can't believe this game isn't 60fps on the Pro. The game even manages to stutter sometimes at 30fps, though it could be due to the online aspect but still...

No, that's the main purpose of the gacha system.

The game itself is rather generous if you ask me. Plenty (all?) of content is accessible for free, and the game gives you literally everything you need if you manage to level to AL20. One character of each element, a tank, and a healer.
Sure, can't disagree. But still doesn't mean that its okay to drop a grand on it

Played it for a few hours and love it. It's simple, but a lot of fun and a lot of effort has gone into the production quality. Cute girls too and so far don't feel forced to use the Gacha much and I'm not really into re-rolling so I'll just keep at it slowly. Ended up getting lost collecting shrooms.

There's a weird constant stuttering on the PC version though.

Gameplay wise, what does this game compare to? I was thinking about getting into it but all the gacha stuff really turned me off.

Arrghhhh. Abyss 3-2 is bullshit. Managed to get up to it after a few tries today, but it's full of those fucking grenade human enemies with heat seeking grenades and a ton of hp. i'm level 40 (high as I can go with my Adventurer Rank), and they're level 45 and just annoying me to no end. Since it takes too long to kill them at my present level, I've been trying to knock them all off the platform instead, but those fucking grenade guys keep hammering me the whole time. Bunch o' bullshit.

Maybe I should look at the alchemy stuff for the temporary buffs. I think I get the picture here that the game really wants me to be AR25 and unbound to lv 50, but I'd really like to get that fire spear girl.

The Breath of the Wild comparisons aren't too far off - you have an open world / overworld that also has smaller kinda shine dungeon things to explore which contain puzzles. You forage for random items (cooking and crafting materials, weapon upgrade materials, etc) like an MMO. The core of the game is a third person action RPG. Your character has elemental attacks (fire, water, ice, lightning) that interact with each other in various ways. Your character has a level as do enemies, so the difficulty seems to scale pretty linearly on those lines.

Don't let the gacha stuff turn you off, it's all really silly and unnecessary. You construct a party of four heroes that you can switch between, which you ideally assign heroes with different elemental abilities. After playing the game for an hour (and doing the first "free" pull) I now have like 6 characters unlocked. The characters in the gacha system have different moves and abilities, but they're largely cosmetic. Like, one five star character doesn't take fall damage but every character can do that anyway by opening up their glider while falling - that kinda stuff.

Finally got a non-Venti 5-star, and it's not a waifu but fire husbando. I know he's one of the best characters in the game but I wanted Water Waifu dammit lol

Oh well, gonna save up my primogems from now on for a future waifu banner

Sodapoppin is know for this, it is his shtick. Just throw as much money away as possible in the shortest possible time. You should go see his online casino videos, those are insanely funny.

People have the right to spend their money any way they please. That's how capitalism works. It's also why the gacha model is much more profitable than the traditional buy to play model.

Also the big whales in Honkai have dropped upwards of five figures in that game. A grand isn't even that much, though it's probably excessive for just one character.

Quick reminder to those that have been pulling instead of saving resources, you can only buy 10 fates with dust each month, and it resets tonight, so buy what you can in the shop.
What dust? What shop?

Still having fun at AR 16, no shortage of stuff to do so far. I guess my only complaint is how chatty the characters can be on some of these quests. Shut the fuck up and get on with it already.

I actually ran out of quests to do since my AR is too low. So now I'm just wandering from chest to chest and spending Resin wherever.

in the end there too much gacha things everywhere to my taste, game deleted.
I really don't understand. Isn't it just you who focused on the gacha too much? Because I'm playing the game without caring about the gacha at all and I'm having a blast. I just do the free loots when I have enough to do some for free, and I got 2 characters and some other stuff. There isn't anything in the game that forces you to use the gacha system, I'm never feeling forced at all, if you don't go looking for it by yourself, you won't see it, it's just if you want extra characters, but the default ones, and the ones you can get for free every now and then are totally enough.
Talking about "too much gacha things everywhere" feels really weird for this game in my opinion.

Sneaking into ships is fun. By sneaking I mean just flying in.

Reach AR 18, while Keyia is 40 and the battle maid is 36.
Pretty good so far. I'm preparing myself for AR 20 when I can do that isle dungeon challenge, so I can unlock the fire spear girl.

But how that stone guardian follow me from miles aways is beyond me. He pratically climb mountains just fight me.

Sorry if this has already been answered a thousand times.. but..

Is it possible to enjoy this game without EVER spending a single cent and without spending hours and hours grinding as a result of not spending?

Not very far in and I don't have too many characters but I'm kinda loving the combat. Once you get into the flow of switching and setting up combos it's very fun.

Probably depends on your definition of enjoyment. I'm having fun just exploring and fighting enemies.

You could play it to find out.

Played another 4 hours or so of the game, its been a very fun experience thus far. I like exploring the world, the combat is simple but engaging with the elemental interactions. So far its been quite easy, and I'm quite eager to try the harder difficulty content.

Haven't spent any money yet, been getting ok gacha pulls I guess. No 5 star heroes but at this point it seems the content doesn't require top tier heroes yet.

You know, the Ps4 Pro port is decent all things considered. The phone versions are blurrier than a motherfucker and aren't running on (maybe/looks like based off my screenshots but if someone could verify this that would be great.) 4k.

I'll just tell you now, unless you have Diluc or some seriously OP'd equipment, don't plan on getting Xiangling until AR25 and level 50 with unbound weapons. I got to 3-2 at AR20 but that stage seems just impossible at level 40. The enemies you fight are level 45 and you have to kill 17 of them in like 5 mins.

I managed to beat them when I was playing beta using a mix of dirty tatics and dungeon blast spamming. Also, I feel like Keyia this time is stronger the version I get when I was playing the beta.

I dont like duplicate system in this game .

In arknights characters get stronger each dupe but not this much stronger .

Seriously Diluc with max dupe (6) have like 30-40% more effective dps than no dupe .

Stuff like this is how they can afford to drop such a massive game for free. You just know somebody has already whaled for it.

Anyways, there's no PVP so it's not like it's detrimental to your playthrough.
