Fat chance. I'm replaying it for the 5th time now on a 5080 and its crazy how shit it runs at times. We really are too lenient with FROM for their absolute dogshit engine.

Dunno about optimizations, but the "Tarnished Edition" additions like mount customization and the new class are being released as DLC for other platforms on the same day.

I was hoping the content would be a bit meatier, but it really is just a new class, some new armor, some new weapons, horse skins, etc. Great for folks that never played though.

Later previews were much more positive from what I saw, but unsure if it's running flawlessly. Guess we'll find out soon enough, lol.

I have never given them a pass. I had to play the ps4 digital version on a PS5 to get 60fps. They just do not care about framerate I think

This game was supposed to launch in 2025 with the delay being announced in October.

So they basically took an entire year just to "polish" it...I'm not sure if that's a good or bad sign. And the fact Nintendo relegated their long awaited announcement to a damn tweet instead of being in their (rumored) upcoming Direct...huh.

There still could be a trailer in the Direct that reiterates the release date. If they're also going to date Duskbloods during the Direct, they might have wanted to give Elden Ring a little extra breathing room.

With Nintendo's track record on 3DS and Switch this will 100% work with no issues. They have game suspension working no matter what from my experience. One of my favourite things to be able to do.
