Deathloop and Dishonored is by Arkane Lyon. This is by Arkane Austin who made Prey (2017) along with Harvey Smith (Dishonored co-creator).

There is no fantasy project, they are probably working on Prey 2.

The "fantasy project" rumor came from Lisa Charriere's LinkedIn page.

It seems like the "fantasy project" was something she worked on Daybreak Game Company.
