I doubt CP2077 would return to PSN store anytime before that big patch in February. There was so much customer complaints, if it comes back and its "slightly better" thats not good enough. People expect a fixed game.

Meanwhile, on XSX, the patch made it worse lol
On PC the people run away when you start a fight, they all used to just crouch down forever before though.i think NPC on streets are very random , on pc with max crowd sometimes some streets can be empty depends from many situations and time of day if game goes into combat mode and you between crowds its kinda become empty really fast too and then you play on empty streets, then combat mode stops and streets again crowded. i notice that myself.
I really doubt Sony is going to cut them any slack with the next certification.probably but it's an issue introduced in a patch post launch so doesn't really matter does it? it'll get fixed.

yes once i ran out from police into street , it was empty from cars and people like proper empty , so i run and run until they stopped chasing me and in second all cars and all people appeared on street lol.On PC the people run away when you start a fight, they all used to just crouch down forever before though.
Still huge bugs, like with maxtac units just appearing out of thin air when they supposed to come down in a drop ship thingy...
I also noticed out on the outskirts the city is dead of people, i think it is by design though.
The fact that they improved things so fast really shows how the management fucked up the game.
Still anyone saying that it was unplayable on PS4 was and is lying, the game ran really bad but it was playable and now runs much better.
this is what people are upset about? sure the performance wasn't great on PS4 but i've seen games in much worse statesbut yeah it does look like the recent patch improved things.
Or rather, still. Today I've had three crashes with about two hours of play (on a Pro, with this latest patch). And driving can still be so stuttery it's frustrating. And I have a rifle that can set enemies on fire - especially at close range, that really can tank the frame rate (really like the rifle though). It crashes constantly yet.
It crashes constantly yet.
Fixed for you! :-DIt's depressinghow cutting-edge technology 2020game running on a7 year oldconsole.![]()
There is a big patch in January as well.I doubt CP2077 would return to PSN store anytime before that big patch in February. There was so much customer complaints, if it comes back and its "slightly better" thats not good enough. People expect a fixed game.

I think CDPR has been pretty aggressive with fixes..which they need to be.
On Dec 10th we had the Day 1 Patch. Three days later we had the 1.04 hot fix and 6 days after that we had the 1.05 fix. If you comparer the Day 1 patch to the 1.05 there has been significant improvements. If they keep this up, they should have the game in a much better state after the big January patch and then there will be the February patch.
They did not say. Shortly after the release they had the conf. call and they said a patch would hit within 7 days and that was 1.05 which hit in 5 days. They then said the team will be taking holiday break (much needed was emphasized) and that there would be a big patch in January and another in February.Should we expect early January?
It's easier when you don't need to talk and use the same damn music over and over againThis channel is fast.

It runs better now i think Sony should put it back on the store now
The game is running worse on PS5 after this patch. Popping is higher than before, lighting is fucked, settings are broken. No way this is in a good state
I doSpeak for yourself
I was joking about the title, 2077. Not that it was a great joke, I know.Short information: the PS4 was replaced by a new model just a bit over a month ago. Thats much shorter then 60 years.
Most people bought the base consoles, the mid gen upgrades had way lower sales.
So it dips below 15 FPS now??Resolution increased, but on standard PS4 the framerate is slightly worse.
Cheap Spanish labour force. Tell me about it!This channel is fast.
like the main characters beard in the mirrorThe game would look better on the base hardware if they disabled some of the specular sheen on many surfaces eg. the car roofs and roads. It doesn't look good in low resolution and gives the entire world a weird grainy / glistening look.
I think Sony's gonna make them re-certify, which means fixing the crashes. So whenever they can get there.I doubt CP2077 would return to PSN store anytime before that big patch in February. There was so much customer complaints, if it comes back and its "slightly better" thats not good enough. People expect a fixed game.
I really hope the next-gen patch is coming in Q1
I wish that too...but with all the issues, I doubt we will get the Next Gen patch for at least 4-6 months from now. I think the focus will be to fine tune the game on base consoles/PC and fix bugs and other issues. They cannot afford to release a Next Gen patch and still have a ton of issues and perhaps even more if they rush the Next Gen patch. They have already taken a beating (much deserved) but releasing a bugging/poor performing Next Gen patch would be even more of a disaster. They need to take their time with the Next Gen patch and ensure that it in it's best possible state before releasing it.I really hope the nextgen patch is coming in Q1
The game was released 10 days ago (Dec 10), not three weeks ago.
It looks pretty good from what I can gather on 7 year old hardware. Sure I would be a bit miffed if I had a base ps4 and it had such performance, then again, I would only blame myself for not upgrading to a more powerful machine.
Yes the game was quite buggy on consoles but Ive seen worse bugs in Assassins Creed games, or Bethesda games for that matter. Fallout 4 was also a joke performance wise on PS4 when it launched.
Not to mention Fallout 76.
But gamers were up in arms, and the shitstorm was created.
I was looking forward to trying this patch. Was playing the game and went to settings to turn chromatic aberration off since before it was always resetting to on. Couldn't leave the menu. Had to force quit. Fuck this game. Ain't touching it for the next 5 months. It's utterly broken. There's been a reported regression in PS version where the game hangs in the display settings menu when changing the HDR setting. That kind of bug would hold off certification IMHO.
