-Moving ones:
Crisis core FFVII(if only this was the theme of the ending...)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5Rhsz3mGDo

Chaos legion pc(i'm still moved :(, please someone port this on vita and then do a sequel)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaJLZzrfYgo

i'm moved by credits that with music(crisis core) or with images(chaos legion pc) retrace of the entire story/game.

I can't really think of any original songs that haven't been mentioned already (you're killin' it, GAF!), but I do have to give Telltale props for their godly choices of licensed music for both their openings and closing credits. Whilst Tales from the Borderlands has the incredible opening song choices, The Walking Dead games that tend to have the poignant closing credit music. Special mention goes to TWD S1's Take Us Back, S2's In The Pines, Michonne's catchy Wolf and the chilling To The Bone. Tales from the Borderlands also had Silver Lining at end of the series. Thanks for getting me addicted to First Aid Kit, Telltale!

If I am not mistaken (it's been some time), in Nex Machina you hear this song after beating the game.

The thing is, you hear it when starting the game too, but only after beating the game you hear the version with lyrics.
So fucking cool.
