A new BATMAN game to be REVEALED in MAY

https://twistedvoxel.com/new-batman-game-reveal-soon-warner-bros-projects/

Warner Bros. Interactive has been teasing a new Batman project and there are rumors of other games like Harry Potter getting a reveal soon.

According to Emre Kaya, who has been quite reliable with his leaks regarding Warner Bros. projects including their films and games, the company was hoping to make a big impression at E3 by announcing their “massive” lineup. There are currently rumors that E3 has been canceled, which was expected due to the situation surrounding the coronavirus, and it could lead Warner Bros. Interactive to look for an alternative to E3 to share their plans.

One of the games that have been rumored for a while now is Harry Potter RPG from Avalanche Software. They have been hiring for new developers while promoting the announcement of their next project, reportedly an open-world Harry Potter RPG with action combat and character customization, in the job description. The second game that could get a reveal soon is Batman, which was also hinted at by Emre Kaya. This new game is currently in development at Warner Bros. Montreal and will feature storyline from Court of Owls. It has already been teased multiple times so it is only a matter of waiting for an official reveal, which was supposed to happen at E3 but could be pushed ahead to early May now.
Since the rumor talks about multiple Warner Bros. projects, it could include a new game from NetherRealm Studios, who has worked on Mortal Kombat and the Injustice series. Some fans had speculated after the reveal trailer of Joker DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 that it could hint at Injustice 3, but that is still up in the air. Mortal Kombat 11 can also get another Kombat Pack now that the current one has been finalized and ending in March with the Spawn DLC.

Lastly, with next-generation on the horizon, it is possible that the Middle-Earth series also makes a debut in May with the third game. There have been two games released so far with Shadow of Mordor, and Shadow of War. The studio behind the Middle-Earth series, Monolith Productions has been hiring for developers to work on a next-generation project since last year. Shadow of War first launched in 2017 following the critically acclaimed Shadow of Mordor in 2014.

This has meant to be revealed for like a year now.

They need to actually just fucking reveal it for once, as each time they hint and do their mystical bullshit without sharing anything, the hype clearly declines each time.

I hope it does get revealed though as I need a new Batman game, it is like my crack cocaine.

Am surprised to see a normal post from you aswell , pleased to see you are making progress brother x

Yep, I loved every Arkham game including Origins. I don't know what people have so much against origins. It was a great game.

It wasn't made by Rocksteady (and you could tell), it was a repeated map, it was FULL of bugs, Deathstroke was bigged up in the promo and then turned out to be an early game boss, more Joker overuse, etc. There were cool elements and I don't think people really hated it, it's still a good game, it's just nowhere near as good as the Rocksteady games.

But at least the Deathstroke fight in Origins was worthwhile. Rocksteady's use of Deathstroke was awful.

Origins made a really bad first impression at release (X360) with all the bugs. I made it just past the Deathstroke boss fight before shelving the game due to frequent crashes and other small issues. Combine this experience with reusing the Arkham City map didn't help.

Fortunately, I did end up revisiting and finishing the X360 version later and ended up enjoying it. They did fix most of the bigger bugs, although the game still had some hiccups and a general lack of polish. The story, the winter/Christmas theme, and the bosses are the highlights.

Origins was the second best in the series IMO. Better than Knight for sure. Better story than all except city, and best boss battles in the series (other than GOAT Mr. Freeze in City). Definitely underrated
