Awesome.I hadn't considered the overall number of people playing. In gen V the probability of encountering one in the wild is 1/8192, and breeding using the Masuda method is about 1/1365.
Regardless of whether or not it was changed, I hope the shiny charm is back in.

Eh, I'm not sure about that picture list. It might've just taken the trademark list and added some other popular Pokémon, getting lucky with Alakazam.
At any rate, I'm loving the Mega Evolutions so far! I'm bewildered by the 8 p.m.-9p.m. restriction on when Mega Stones can be found, though. A lot of people will be advancing their clocks.
Jynx, Houndoom, Latios and Latias are all that remain of the original trademark list. The original trademark list had everyone revealed to have Megas so far, everyone except Venusaur and Alakazam.
It appears that Houndoom is an X exclusive and Manectric is his Y equivalent. So I'd guess that Manectric also Mega Evolves.

I think there was other image with 12 pokemon per gen and it included those in the scan plus some gen V pokes like zoroark, haxorus, volcarona and druddigon

The picture doesn't have Gardevoir on it. You guys are too damn gullible. The only list I'd trust would be the trademark list, and even that doesn't include every Mega Evolution revealed so far.

Good catch. Picture list is fake. Not only is Gardevoir not listed under Hoenn, but she's behind Dragonite for some reason, a.k.a. sloppy Photoshop fake.
Yeah there's a Gardevoir. It's obviously a mock up, but to get that many hits is pretty impressive. If we get any more off this one that aren't in the original trademark list it'll be even more believable.
