You dont need to play that obscure JRPG

I agree that E33 is very overrated and that sebbywebz is an idiot.

I play FF17 rebirth over it all everyday of the week

Damn you're already playing FF 17 and here I am waiting for more FF7 ten games behind you , fuck my life

Shut the fuck up, Jeff Gertsmann.

Get your fatass off your couch and do some cardio or something.

Going to replay Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter just to spite your western casual garbage. Don't post opinions on games again.

Ok but then is it okay to not play GTA 6 despite the hype over absolutely no gameplay video? Or am I forced to abandon the JRPG i'm playing right now in order to get social recognition?

It depends. An obscure JRPG from the 90s or 2000s has better chance to be more interesting that most modern bloated fetch quest simulators modern JRPGs have become.

Playing obscure JRPGs is how some communities are kept alive. Fumito Ueda wouldn't be as influential as he is if it wasn't for his work on Ico, which was very niche outside of Japan back in the day. Now he is a legend.

Same goes for Deadly Premonition.

You fools need to play Shin Valkyrie Resonance Saga. Here's my mini review

The story is mostly a generic trope-filled adventure that you have seen a million times before. That's what makes it comforting.

The music is mostly unremarkable but it gets the job done.

The characters are all a bunch of tropes who talk 5x as much as they should.

The gameplay is a basic ass turn base JRPG where you pick "attack" from a menu over and over until you win.

Overall it's a 9.825/10. I had to take off 0.175 points because one time the game crashed for me. It's a solid addition to any JRPG fan's library.

Just bought it myself. You can also get it on GOG if you prefer. Same price.
In addition to being the same price and DRM free, the GOG version also has cloud saves. Which is weird that they're absent from the Steam release...

People should just take a breather and go outside and fucking touch grass or something.

At end of the day video games are just luxury hobby, it's not end of the world.
For real. The takes from the latest industry news have been embarrassing. Everyone is over the top emotional on every fucking issue.
