Damn, I wish OP had told me this before I began my journey through the entire Legend of Heroes-saga. I didn't even get to the newer ones with better graphics! Recently finished Trails to Azure, and just began the first Trails of Cold Steel. Haven't even gotten respect from anyone or any conversations yet. I'll be damned.

Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation
A Megami Tensei game by one of the Writers of the very first game that is direct sequel to it taking place during a certain "time jump". It also wasn't developed by Atlus.
Contains Gore, Nudity, Rape and Drugs, all uncensored. It wasn't released on consoles after all... It was released instead on PC-98. A platform known for having 40% of it's games targeting adults. It also got a port on windows, but it's unplayable on modern systems as it counts turns by CPU speed.
Atlus refuses to acknowledge this game's existence.
It also has 2 game breaking bugs if you receive items from npcs with full inventory or or try to immediately re-equip your weapon if disarmed.
