Take away from this game:

1. Mexico just doesn't have the height advantage. England pretty much dominated air duel 99% of time

2. Mexico doesn't have the ability to cross. They were basically kicking the ball at fans on second row

Red cards after looking at chance midair contact in slow motion are retarded, guys.

I think part of it is the stupid rule that it can't be used to give a yellow card (as I understand it) - so if the ref reviews something and it is a bad foul - he can either let the player off or give them a red, he can't give the yellow the foul deserves. I understand the reasoning - avoid constant reviews of minor offences - but it backs the ref into a corner.
