It's very much a Space Marine 2 and Remnant hybrid kind of game. Really excited for this one.

Who's brilliant idea it was to turn Turok into a mix of 1st / 3rd person co-op crap with abilities and shit? GTFO and good luck selling this shit to anyone.

Even Capcom's excellent (I'm not kidding here, the game is pretty good) Exoprimal failed to do anything for them and so they abandoned it with zero new content released and no mention of re-launch as a F2P game - it could save the it and let way more people play it.

I've been waiting for a dino shooter with AAA production values and this is exactly what I want. Everyone who played it at conventions says it's really fun. I'm in.

You can also play it full solo with no bots so you can totally get a standard single player campaign. And play in either 1st or 3rd person on the fly.

WWZ- Fun Game
Space Marine 2- Fun game
Turok Origins- Fun game(?)

Summerfest footage showed light platforming and there will likely be objectives and puzzles.

Given the high levels of support for both WWZ and SM2 I think T:O will also receive the same kind of attention.

Much to love here. The haters aren't planning on getting it anyway.

I see equal parts inspiration from the Comics, Acclaim's version and Saber's own spin on the IP. Optimistic.

Exoprimal is forced co-op, so that's a no.
It's a shit ton of fun in co-op when you get to the fun part. There's really cool raids with great bosses too.

It's also ridiculous in its enemy numbers. It's more of an EDF game.
Yeah, it's kinda like EDF when it comes to combat loop, but it's way more fun than EDF when it comes to what you can do beyond just shooting and there's narrative and story tied to all this with characters, cut-scenes etc. and it's really good too.

5v5 PvPvE trash. Easy skip for me as well.

I'm in. Looks like pure mindless fun, which is exactly what the originals were. As long as there are challenging platforming sections, I'll be happy. Also glad that you can just play in first-person anytime.
