I highly, HIGHLY doubt Druckman is some Gabe Newel type of friendly dude to his staff. With him onboard, he inhertied all the bad side of the LGBT agenda and instead of running a business like a proper shop where things need to be done on time and on budget, he created this bubble at the studio where....everyone should be heard, if you get triggered please take a day off, if you have anxiety focus on another project, bring your pet to work, sing koombayah and meditate to inspire yourself, on no lets not do crunch because you guys complain, etc bullshit. If you are mentally and psychologically unfit to perform a task for the job, you don't belong there.
I hate this new pusification of employees with 10 million excuses why they got triggered and why they cant perform at work. There are plenty of high-volume jobs where not everyone can just jump onboard because its a high-stress situation. This type of bending the knee to a small group because of their "disabilities" let everyone else copy paste the same reactions and it looks like the place should be run like a kindergarten and not a studio full of adults. In my life, I had plenty of times when I felt over-worked, finished late, stressed out and so on but I knew it came with the job and at the end of the day I also get my paycheck. If it gets too much....QUIT. If I had an employee who said they get anxiety because too many people around them are talking, id grab em by the throat and kick them out and fire them on the spot, not pamper them like they are some snotty 4yr old kid in a 40+ year old body.
This is so specific for gaming development. Imagine a paramedic or first responder refusing to do their job because "they are triggered" over an alarm sound or people chit chatting at work. They would be fired instantly. But in game development, the only thing they are missing is a pacifier in their mouth.
