Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
New content, or shit that already existed on the platform before MS brought them, that cost them absolutely nothing, and they get nothing but pure unadulterated profit for for allowing on ps+?

Is this your argument?

When the content was made is irrelevant, the body of the email was about putting 1P content on rival subscription services. It's not my argument, we can all see the change between then and now.

They don't.
Those remedies are offered to EU and are will be enforceable by them.

Who is monitoring compliance? The EU certainly won't be. This is why the CMA does not utilize behavioral remedies very often.

Doesn't matter. They'd have the power to. Like a country that obtains nuclear weapons. Changes the landscape of everything

Common sense, right?

So now we're changing the goal post?

A third party would be monitoring the whole thing. It's all mentioned when the EU made the decision.

But that doesn't go along with the general sentiment in this thread (or forum tbh) so let's ignore it.

You are the one who brought enforcing the remedy so how is asking who will be monitoring compliance moving the goalposts? And as far as we know, Microsoft must remain in compliant with the terms of the contract........which returns me to my original point.

Ya right, it could run on it. Easily.

Somehow Switch is as powerful as weak as Xbox One now?

2019 "No f-ing way we'll put games on rival services"
2022 : nearly 10 or more games are on rival services

it's not really a theory when there is demonstrable change in effect, but I understand if you don't want to see it that waway.
In reality a company change ideas business model new ways to work in the ark of 6 months...
I always go to union meetings in the company where I work... In fact, I believe that the company business plans for the coming months serve precisely to adapt to the market in advance... imagine in 4 years how many working models and strategies have been made...

And in these months of crisis, the company has canceled jobs that they entrusted to third parties so that we could work more. So I'm not surprised that on the contracts that Microsoft has made there are clauses of any changes ... The company where I work does it, why not Microsoft?

It only demonstrates their plans could change any time
