Plot twist, there isn’t. Also, you don’t want a racer at this frame rate.I want it. The whole thing. I hope it’s not just smoke and mirrors and there is actually a game hidden behind these fancy camera cuts.
The only realistic option to simulate how real light behaves known to the CGI world is an "agenda" and advanced everyday physics simulation impossible with current hardware is "stagnation".......okay.Meh, this isn't that big of a leap, this is what stagnation looks like.
Pushing the RTX agenda to try and sell cards when they know it's a demanding tech that most people can't afford and achieve 60fps at 4k or even 1440p.
It's downloadable in November according to Nvidia.I want it. The whole thing. I hope it’s not just smoke and mirrors and there is actually a game hidden behind these fancy camera cuts.
Its probably something Jay will also find disappointing because that's pretty much his agenda every time i see him post. Dude's not impressed with anything but reflections, but fails to render his own real life one.The only realistic option to simulate how real light behaves known to the CGI world is an "agenda" and advanced everyday physics simulation impossible with current hardware is "stagnation".......okay.
You should probably look up what a tech-demo is supposed to be.
If by 'next gen' you mean Xbox5/PS6, then maybe, late on.I hope that what next gen games look like
Well current gen is ps5 sx/ss, i meant next gen ps6 etc..If by 'next gen' you mean Xbox5/PS6, then maybe, late on.
If you mean this gen then no lol.

Not at all about being impressed, RTX has been a focus for GPU marketing for the past I don't know how many years and it's meh, it's not the next best thing. Its probably something Jay will also find disappointing because that's pretty much his agenda every time i see him post. Raytraced audio, for instance? Not at all about being impressed, RTX has been a focus for GPU marketing for the past I don't know how many years and it's meh, it's not the next best thing.
There's complete stagnation here because all they can do is tell you how great this thing will do RTX.
Lets see something new let ray tracing just be, and move on.
It's not a good carrot.
At least in early 2000's it was any Anti-ailising then it went to better AA that was a great carrot, less jaggies, sign me up! Before that it was making 3D look good, that was an incredible jump! RTX is nothing in comparison to that.
This is stagnation.
Nvidia dont make games. Why we only have those tech demos, where the fu** are games?
We dont care about tech demos, bring us games, this is stupid
When games look closer to photo realistic I can see where it stops becoming "impressive" in a sense that you see life like images on a daily basis.Meh, this isn't that big of a leap, this is what stagnation looks like.

Any of those, all of those, they more than likely have the next thing ready to go, but they don't need to release it because the carrot they've decided on is still RTX.Raytraced audio, for instance?
Or do you want light working around the Metropolis Light Transport model?
Better physics/animation?
I agree Nvidia is tacking this as PR fluff and putting raytracing in a bad light (heh) but Quake II RTX remains ever the impressive.
How dare they make a game/concept that doesn't look like every other "AAA" game released?
I ask you, where are the guns?
Where are the cool characters to eventually put on tshirts and backpacks?
If there's no dope ass dialogue how on Earth will I connect emotionally, spiritually, and through cosplayers - physically, to this game/concept?
Cancel it.
You could have said that you have no idea how CGI works with less words....Not at all about being impressed, RTX has been a focus for GPU marketing for the past I don't know how many years and it's meh, it's not the next best thing.

Nvidia is controller the market, if they don't create another tech that their cards can't do they can keep you focused on trying your damnedest to run games at high settings with RTX and make people want that so badly they burn $1.5k.

Not sure I agree, isn't the reason it's a big deal - particular for devs - is because it can shorten development times (they can spend less time baking). Not at all about being impressed, RTX has been a focus for GPU marketing for the past I don't know how many years and it's meh, it's not the next best thing.

You mean like RT?Not sure I agree, isn't the reason it's a big deal - particular for devs - is because it can shorten development times (they can spend less time baking).
The push for better and better graphics is fine but it's almost meaningless if it takes devs longer to make things and/or increases costs - going forward, GPU manufacturers should be prioritising things that help reduce dev times.
Exactly. Although I don't know if tensor cores are the most cost effective way to do it, but it's up to AMD, Intel or someone else to come up with other cheaper effective solutions. You mean like RT?
PS7? you sound silly…Mindblowing. Just a taste of PS7 (no way PS6 will achieve that quality IMO)

Send pics and videos please, you obviously seen top secret Naughty CIA footage of the PS6 games stashed in Jim Ryan's basement locked in a titanium vault in some bum fuck remote island.Mindblowing. Just a taste of PS7 (no way PS6 will achieve that quality IMO)
When devs focus on PC hardware instead of console hardware. It kind of makes other games look like a joke right?.
Shame games never come close to these kind of tech demo's. Maybe we will be there in another couple of gens lol.
Cinematic.looks like it is running at 24 fps
