I say we will get the answer to wether it was an actual bug when we see the performance tests, if framerate is tanking there is a reason to believe the sacrifices were made with intent to keep framerate high.

Has it been analyzed and compared head-to-head since the latest fix? Not sure we can declare this yet. (unless you were joking, in which case, carry on)

no need i can tell u, latest patch on PS5 version on quality mode has so bad stuttering now, plus side is that no crashes anymore but eww :p

Really? I doubt if anyone was saying that. It was obviously a problem with the game. Even you and the other hardcore warriors surely must have known that too right?

How it should be. Shame it took this long.

CDPR doubled the Cyberpunk framerate on Xbox One in five days. Meanwhile, this oversight took Codemasters two weeks to correct.
Cyberpunk may have its issues still, but CDPR seems a lot more concerned with their product and its reception than Codemasters is with theirs.

Yeah, it's not like optimizing for a hundred different platforms and on new hardware, in time for launch, during a pandemic is hard or anything.

Must be a conspiracy against the mighty ps5, right?

Jeez, no wonder the world in going down in flames.
The point is... you have the PS5 version running at solid close to 60fps before the patch and now it is suffering with frame rate drops after the patch... and Dark says it will be sorted out in time... it is really weird because it was not a issue to be sorted until few days ago.
