From the look 400mm tall with the disc drive version being around 80-90mm in width... the digital version around 50-60mm?

Maybe let them breakdown the system before coming to that conclusion is my recommendation.

RROD would be a extreme case that I wouldn't completely count out, but would be an unlikely scenario. The two concerns would be sound and potential heat crashes. Smaller case fans require more RPM's which create much more sound, which PS4 has issue with.

Well MS did let RROD happen so you can never fully trust them. Thats why Xbox made sure with their box that they eliminate that scenario completely.

Well there could be two large fans on each side of the board which could explain the unusual venting.
We won't really know until the break the system down for us.

I like it. It doesnt have a wow appeal but overall I like it. Yes, Ive seen a couple mockup designs that were better, but I like it.

Depending on size of controller (I assumed it's same size as PS4 one) it's about 400x90mm (depth hard to say, but probably around 200-300mm) without stand. For comparison XSX is 312 x 157 x 157

Not a fan of the design to be honest. Specially the disc drive version, it looks like they had no idea where to put the drive, so it's just an ugly tumor on the side lol.
