But can he declassify *after* he's shown it? I have a feeling that it's "no", but I need a lawyer to confirm this.

The US Presidency largely relies on the Honor System, it has been revealed. That being said, even if there are technically no clear legal issues, it's still a massive issue and could put Americans in danger on the ground. It also likely makes the ally that gave us the info unlikely to share information in the future.

Still looks and is terrible and still adds to the pile.
