Denpending on what was revealed and what the Russians do with that information, I'm sure someone would be able to figure out a source or sources. Narrow it down to a few people at the least. So just because he didn't reveal the source doesn't mean that he 100% didn't compromise the safety of the source. Again, depends what the information is and what is done with it.

Presidents can essentially declassify intel without repercussion. So this will go nowhere legally, as usual.

So can I now file a FOIA request and get access to said intel? If not, is it really 'declassified'?

In a normal world, this would definitely go somewhere because Congress has lots of latitude in what constitutes 'high crimes and misdemeanors'. In the Trump POTUS Bizarro World, Congress will just chalk it up to 'Trump being Trump' and do nothing as usual.

There were also transcripts (from where we got the readout) and Trump taps his own offices (the article about reporters interviewing him several years ago and he asked if anyone wanted drinks, and drinks were brought in without him picking up a phone/intercom, for instance).
