Best buy is live.

I posted earlier I wasn't going to buy anything, but Best Buy is selling a 2 TB Western Digital Hard Drive for $99 - $10 more than the shitty Seagate, so decided t jump in and upgrade my xbox One Storage. Also bought GTA5, even though I played it already and traded it into EB games for $30 a year ago. Looking forward to re-playing.

Yep, I would say so. I bailed on Black Friday and bought my exact same items for the same prices on Amazon, so I got lucky. I did bookmark the things I wanted and simply refreshed those pages until the Add to Cart button changed color. Clicked it on all the pages, went to the last one, and completed my order.

Same. Just need seasons 7, 8 and 9 to complete the collection. Good old Amazon swooping in and matching Best Buy's prices. I love it.

Beware on season 8 though. I've read that the discs haven't been properly encoded. Some episodes are way too dark on certain blu-ray players apparently. If you're a stickler for image quality, you might want to wait and see if they release replacements.

seagate isn't THAT bad
is what i keep telling myself since i bought a 2tb seagate hdd today

No, since PS4's don't accept external hard drives and every Western Digital (from about 2013 on) are frankendrives where the USB is soldered onto the hard drive. So you can't use the drive as an internal one.

In this case, get the Seagate since none of theirs are like that. I just bought a 1.5 TB Seagate from Shoppers Drug Mart and it took a flathead screwdriver to open up the case but I got it out and it's working fine in the laptop I am typing this one.
 
Anyone see Homeland S4 on Blu Ray on sale anywhere? Best Buy only seems to have a few BR's on sale =/



The video game deals aren't even close to E3 so meh

FFX for $20?

I have so many games to play and would hate to add this to backlog, is it likely to come again for around this price or cheaper?

Both Amazon and Ebgames had it at $20 in the last few weeks as well, I think. No idea when but I'm sure it'll drop to this level again.
 
Anyone know if Bloodborne is gonna be $20 again anytime soon?

Bestbuy had it for $20 at blackfriday, but it was sold out by the time I got to it.
ebgames then had it on the monday but didnt send me an email until AFTER IT WAS OVER. (ugh)

Kinda torn between waiting and settling on Borderlands: Handsome Jack collection, but I dont need it so I can always just wait.
