tried to buy earth defense force 4.1 and the PSN site screwed up, gave me an error and I thought I'd try again later that day.
I got charged $50 for it on my credit card. Sony's not claiming responsibility for it and is blaming my bank. My bank is saying that it's definitely a real transaciton, and that they can dispute it if I want to. The issue? I'm pretty sure disputing it will destroy my PSN account.
Going to contact Sony again tomorrow.
Your best bet is to print your online banking transactions and mail it or pdf it in to Sony as proof of purchase. If they refuse to, then threaten Sony customer service that your going to Xbox because there customer service is better. You'd be surprised how customer service agenys bend over for all consumers, in thr end they want your money and will do anything to please you. Also, never use credit card on XBL or PSN. I always use the gidtcard and plug in the code for money transaction.
