You'd be surprised how customer service agenys bend over for all consumers, in thr end they want your money and will do anything to please you. Also, never use credit card on XBL or PSN. I always use the gidtcard and plug in the code for money transaction.

Yeah the BB near me rarely changes their Vita shelf. In fact IIRC Toukiden Kiwami can be only preoredered online. (and a slew of other niche games)
Eb is the only place for me to get vita games :s

Yeah, they just refund the difference to your credit card. I just bring the online receipt and tell them I want to price-protect. You can even straight up ask them to do a refund and immediately re-buy it (again, just need the receipt for this, too).

I'm at my local best buy right now doing Christmas shopping and I found a copy of devils third on the shelf. Are they reprinting this? Or should I just grab it anyways? I know its terrible but I sorta liked the multiplayer when I watched it on youtube.
