Does anybody know if Shoppers Drug Mart ever has post-Christmas sales on games? I still have a $100 gift card that I got when I bought a PS4 a few weeks ago and I want to use it for games, but get the most bang for my buck (of course).
 
Geez retailers aren't even waiting for Boxing Day any more. I doubt the PS4 drops below $370 after Christmas.

I mean, you could even wait until next Tuesday or so when the BD flyers are released and not miss out on the current offer.

if you live in Gibsons BC you can go to London Drugs and get a 32gig Vita Memory card for only $59. That's the lowest price I've seen in a while.

All other London Drugs seem to not have any in stock :(

Man why have memory cards never come down in price? Sony not going with SD cards for that system is the most frustrating thing.
 
Razer has some sick deals right now. I wanted to wait til boxing day hoping for a sale on the Deathstalker, low and behold its 50% off right now, but you need a min order of 65 for free shipping. Just so happens I needed a gaming mouse so I got the Manticor for also 50% off.

Fuck ya! I saw the ad at work lol.
 
SDM is also going to have the PS4 for $370. I'm tempted to use my points and buy it since everyone is saying that it will probably get a price hike. Although I think the $100 gift card promotion they had a few weeks back was actually better? *sigh*

Stack with a 20x points event if one of those are coming up

$370 x 10 x 20 = 74,000

That's a lot of points.

Anyone order Trails of Cold Steel and still have "Delivery date pending"? Game releases next week /: I don't want to lose my 30% discount so I'm waiting it out, but with the Christmas madness, I just know that I won't be seeing the game until well after if things stay this way
 
The Amazon cyber Monday PS4 deal worked out well for me.

Sold Assassin's Creed and Uncharted that came with the bundle for $100 so I ended up getting a PS4+GOW3+1 year of PS+ for $340 total.

But hey, we got it tax free, no disc required and have the graphical upgrades.
Wait for a sale on the expansion if you don't get bored of the base game before it happens.
 
Ordered from VGP a few weeks ago (Canada Post with no tracking) and received a Delivery Notice card a few days later because I was not at home.

One week later, my package is nowhere to be found.

Will I get a full refund from Canada Post for screwing up?

I think the sender is the one that has to deal with Canada Post. With big box stores that is usually how it works. There is also the possibility that they will send you another copy of whatever you ordered. Amazon and Best Buy will usually do that. I am not sure how VGP handles these situations.

There's no points event for the next week, apart from potential personal ones that are way less, but I have about 95,000 points to spend so it won't be a bad deal. I just want maximize my savings.
 
Does anyone if the in-store BestBuy clearance games deal is still in effect or was that a limited time price drop? I'm thinking of picking up Legend of Legacy.
 
I have a suggestion, tell me how relevant it could be.

Could we establish a "Most Wanted" topic in this thread? For example, I want Deception IV on PS4 but I can't find it near me. Using this thread or something else (WhatsApp, etc...), we could list our lists and if someone finds it, there could be an arrangement of some sort (via post or in person).

Of course, people who wish to join should be honest people but hey... we don't know until we try?

I don't know. I ordered something Monday afternoon, it shipped 6 am Tuesday morning, and I had it Tuesday afternoon. Was almost a record for me with their speed, ridiculous.

I wish I could buy that elite controller from Amazon.ca, $147 Canadian is ridiculous considering the American price. But I have EbGames credit and I was hoping to use that to pay for the controller, but these guys never get it in stock.
