I never got that email apparently, last email was just telling me my futureshop orders were still waiting release
Wow, I didn't get one. I'm glad that I moved over nearly every order to amazon during the cyber monday sale. The only order I have left from FS is the Final fantasy XV one for 39.99.
I didn't get any email but I can't see my old Best Buy orders as well as Futureshop. I had to rest my password + change CC and I can only see orders that were done after that point. They can see my order though because if I grab the order number from my emails and give it to them they are able to pull up all the details.

You need your order #, though. It says you can call if you don't know your order #.
I only got that email on the email linked only to Future Shop, but not Best Buy. I think it was about e-mails being given to Best Buy and how they're consolidating under Best Buy, so maybe futureshop-only email accounts got it.
I feel like I should also add that the email also said that outstanding orders will process as normal (paraphrase because I closed it already and it's a pain to get on that email on mobile)

Anyone know if Apple Earpods with microphone ever go on sale? Or if there's a cheaper alternative that isn't a sketchy made in China copy (that costs 2 bucks but makes you wonder if they won't just fall apart because they're 2 bucks)?
I've purchased some from ebay before for like 10 bucks IRC. it came in the apple box too so if it was fake they did a really job.

So I thought Devil's Third came in today
Got the parcel box key in my mailbox, opened the deposit box, oh look, the game isn't fucking there. Tracking number says it delivered. Are you fucking serious Canada Post? Jesus fucking Christ. I guess the guy put it in a different box and gave me the wrong key. Oh, and I can't get shit until Monday unless they drop by tomorrow. Fuck Canada Post. Fuck
EDIT: Jesus fuck this god damn company I'll call tomorrow morning. There are apparently 0 customer service reps available. Fuck Canada Post. Give me the drone-robot delivery service future already

Do you remember the name the clerk used? I tried to pre order it last week but the guy had no idea of what it was and was unable to find it.
I bought the gift card and used it on an order, but I still have the order number so it should still go through right? Maybe I should contact Best Buy and clarify with them

Yeah a lot of the fine print of those basically say that they are clones, maybe because of the negative feedback. I might consider a cheap one just to see if it works... but I guess in the end, I might as well just buy a real one if I end up replacing the knockoffs often.

It appears as "LEGEND HEROES TCS" on my receipt, the showed me a list of upcoming vita games and it was on top.
One of the girls that works there know the game apparently and ask me if Trails of Cold Steel is the subtitle of the title, heh.

Remember that $15 credit offer if you purchased $100 worth they had a month or so go expires on the 15th. I just used the $15 towards another year of plus since there are never any deals on it anymore....
Same thing is happening to me right now with Xenoblade. Item marked as delivered, but I didn't receive anything. I opened a service ticket with Canada Post, but Best Buy's policy is to wait 5 business days before they contact Canada Post, so I have to wait until next thursday before something possibly gets done.
I am not gonna defend Canada Post here but I don't think drones are going to fix human error. If they programmed your drone incorrectly, it's going to be the same result. Now, if you are pushing for an all robot system devoid of any human components...
You don`t need a physical receipt. I just show them the order receipt on my phone. Never had any problems or questions arise from doing so.
You don't even need to show the receipt on you phone, they can bring it up by looking up your credit card info.
I've been using these since early in the year and the initial pair I bought are still just as good as when I first got them.
I use them everyday for my morning gym routine, podcasts/music on my commute and while doing chores around the house and I've never run into any issues.
I'm assuming if doing it this way will cause them to have to look through all your orders, though. I once gave them my phone # when returning something, and the lady spent 10 minutes going through every single transaction I'd made to find the receipt.
