Sure. But being in Toronto it's extremely rare to not get a game or movie on the day of release, especially when it shipped on the Friday prior to release. I am not making any phone calls or anything yet but it's still really annoying not to be able to track it. Pretty much everything I order online has tracking these days.

i asked this earlier, but i don't think i got a reply. my amazon copy of xenoblade chronicles X SE arrived and it was slightly squished. i already have a best buy copy of the same SE, is it alright to return the amazon copy back to BB in store or do they use different sku's (or is it morally questionable to do so)? I gotta return one of them anyways since there's no need to have two of em and they're pretty pricey.

I gotta return one of them anyways since there's no need to have two of em and they're pretty pricey.

You can return it. It's slightly morally questionable since the one you are returning is dented but if they are willing to take it I wouldn't worry about it.

I imagine the sku is the same.

You can return it. It's slightly morally questionable since the one you are returning is dented but if they are willing to take it I wouldn't worry about it.

I've had amazon refund me 20% of the purchase price for collector edition sets in the past that didn't come in pristine condition so you might want to contact CS and see if you can get a discounted price
