This game deserves WAY better music.
I fully expect PS4/XBO announcements. Possibly Vita to.Nicalis asked about Playstation interest for the games a while back so it's confirmed for those platform more-or-less.

The first gameplay almost two years after the Kickstarter was funded. Apparently the game's art, design and audio is pretty much done, but they had to scrap a lot of code last September. Also it's being published by Nicalis so that probably also adds to how long it'll be until it's actually released.
I was just gonna say that the drifting looks more like OR2 than Daytona, but color me hyped anyway.Hmm graphically it looks decent but I do think the drifting looks a bit extreme and I say that as someone who thinks Outrun 2 is the greatest driving game of all time and that had the most generous drifting mechanic I know.
That city track is fucking incredible.
I hate to be a downer but these were my thoughts exactly. The geometry of the courses doesn't look very challenging. Not too impressed by this. It looks slow, the track is mostly straight and boring and the handling looks too stable and controlled. It looks the part on the surface, but I'll be truly surprised if they're able to pull off the nuanced car handling of the games they want to emulate. And for Christ's sake, change that stupid name.
The drifting looks exactly like drift stage. But this looks way nicer. Drift stage has way better music though.
The visual design is neat, but the track itself is...well, it's not really anything. Mostly just a straight line with a few lethargic curves here and there. Watching the car casually slide through those shallow turns and straightaways for 3 minutes was sleep-inducing.
Looks like they created a bunch of trackside details and themes first and didn't really care about whether the course that connected them was actually fun to drive. I really want to support this but it seems like they're only latching on to the visual style and nothing else.
Races should be 30 cars iirc. I think they're shooting for 3 types: stock, formula and supercar.Only one car?
Wii U bought.

It hurts that SEGA doesn't seem to care about this title. I didn't even know it existed until someone in a thread mentioned it, and I was completely shocked they'd made a second one.
why does this look 'unlcean' in 720p on YT
Hyped for it regardless X3
oh wow I thought this was pretty much dead, trailer looks great actually, very daytona and some virtua racing thrown in
would kickstart a 90s rally racer when they're done with this
