Currently all the character unlocking methods beside the VS mode one are not yet authorized. What I've heard is Wario, R.O.B. and Jigglypuff are not unlocked by playing classic mode.

On the Japanese release, I saw someone unlock Jigglypuff in Classic. Wario and R.O.B. were not done via Classic but the person did not complete it with G&W either.

Could be, I am tempted to test out the Classic conditions to unlock people. I am in no rush to unlock characters honestly since lots of my favorites are by default.

Edit: I seen people have the best time with Bowser 7.0 by not letting Crazy Hands be alone. I am going to attempt this method.

A JPN wiki I read said that ROB is 200 trophies and then either classic or a single VS match. And yeah, Wario was listed as 100 man Melee.

When did you pre-order it and what timezone are you in? I pre-ordered mine in July and Amazon still hasn't shipped it yet (or started processing it). I'm in the US and EST so... I'm trying to figure out when about Amazon would process mine today (if it does) and if I should contact customer service again... Oh and what's your delivery speed?

I preordered it like 3 days ago. I'm in Kansas (central time) and I did the free two-day shipping for Prime members (so it gets delivered on release day).

I wouldn't worry too much about it yet, I just got the email like an hour ago. There's still plenty of time.
