1) Just because there's no tournament this weekend doesn't mean I'm concentrating extra hard on this.
2) You, enzo, and the others are blowing the negatives of a Community section move out of proportion too.

I've been playing BB and having lots of fun. Bang hasn't been this fun since CS1. I also tried Bullet (whose look I hate) and she's actually fun to use. Azrael can go to hell, though. Stupid muscle freak seems to have hitboxes behind too many moves and his damage is insane.

Azrael reminds me a bit of Shen Woo from XIII. I just left a lobby with friends and I acidentally picked Amane and he's very neat to use. I might check him out too.
Shame I didn't grab the DLC when it was free. :/ I actually wanted to see if Terumi was fun.

i use FGW to keep track of whats going on every week.
I visit the EVE online community and i'm the only one posting sometimes for weeks.
also, the skull girls button mechanics are interesting. I like the punch->kick, low - high flow of comboes, which allow you to make custom comboes on the fly.
i cant believe i didnt pick that up before, and it honestly feels good. i wonder how other fighting games would be like if they implement that

It rarely comes up because nobody really brings it up. If you wanna talk about it, then people will (hopefully) be willing to listen.
Gotta love that air parry from NG tho.
P4U2 has been out in arcades for so long, I would definitely trust the tier list recently posted.

Unfortunately, not really. There are times when people bring up the topic, but I don't see a ton of fundamentals and footsies discussion in this thread (as opposed to tech).

I feel like I've just about packed up my traditional fighting game ways and got remarried to Smash again. Forgot how much fun it is to just lab up some new shit or practice tech skill and with Xrd being an unknown release date wise, there's not much else on the mind for the near future.
Man, what the hell happened in this thread? I was busy most of Sunday and... geez. I personally would rather not move to Community, but it's not something I have a strong opinion on. I think the format will make more sense one more major and regional tournaments start -- and I think that is one of the stronger uses of this thread, when notable tournaments that aren't big enough to warrant their own thread come up.
I think most of that recent drop-off can be attributed to the post-Evo lull, though.
We could always ask you for some advise in 3S. :V
