I'd love it if this was the cover for Season 1:

I'm pretty sure it is going to be the father-in-law. Just too much unresolved stuff there with the daughter and Maggie has been acting pretty strange and showing up here and there. Plus he lives on the water, and that's pretty much how they have to be moving the people about. Maybe I'm wrong, but if I'm right I'm OK with it.

This episode really has this show's legacy in the balance. If it's terrible, so is the entire product.

That's a little over the top. It'll be like Lost: if the finale is horrible, I'll act as if it doesn't exist and fondly remember the rest.

edit: I'm going to miss Rust and Marty :(

edit edit: ^^^ not a spoiler, I'm just saying after the end.

Lost had enough content to justify certain aspects.

If this ends on a bad note, it'll be remembered as the series where the director got a massive Michael Mann boner and where McConaughey acted circles around everyone else.

edit: I'm going to miss Rust and Marty :(

Watch Rick and Morty. It's basically the same program.

That's some B.S. It's possible for a product to retain its quality regardless of its ending. Whatever the ending turns out to be. You can't deny that the show has been entertaining and engaging up 'til now.

so sick and disturbing o_O

It's really not. The program has a complete structure much like a film rather than how most series go through different creative processes.
