There was a similar image used for the episode on HBO Go. Way to fucking ruin the episode, HBO! I've learned to not read the synopsis when I go to watch an episode but putting this damn picture for the episode?! Come on!!!
To be fair, they already alluded to this in their depositions several episodes earlier, speaking of a "shootout" and walking out with "kids".

What's the big deal. It's a statement of fact, and the funniest one regarding the circumstance. She could have also said "The president's seen me dance in a country music club" or "The president's seen me be a court stenographer" but why would you tweet that? Tweeters have a public responsibility to be funny or insightful. The examples I cited are neither, the post she ended up on is both.

I'm positive "young and attractive" was in the casting call, but I doubt the casting director considered "Who has the biggest boobs?" over her acting talent.
fuck. me vs white knight GAF. last post concerning this matter: so far she had 3 scenes in this series. In parts of one she showed her boobs & bush. when the freaking POTUS turns out to be a fan of her show, the first thing that comes to her mind - to share with public - is that she showed everyone her boobs.
Lacking any other evidence of her acting potential, or lack thereof, I'd be willing to apologize to the actress for the phrasing of my first comment, but I stand by my opinion, that that was some awkward, fucked up attempt at self-promotion for a female actress in 2014.

Naw, I wasn't implying she's not a talented actress. I've met her. She's real nice and all. I'm just saying, I can't really fault somebody for like...talking about her breasts if that's all she's done. I think she is a tremendously talented actress.
I hope to see more of her on the show, I was just pointing out we haven't seen much of her. Not excusing any criticism of her or defending it. Just pointing something out.
I do agree it demeans an actress when you like only comment on their nudity but if that's all you see...well, it's all you see.
Imma leave it at that, the last thing this thread needs is that kinda derailment. We already talk about casting for next season and speculation enough without adding a third weird conversation in the thread.

Good stuff. I think MM has been under estimated in terms of her role and I'm interested to see what the writer does with her in the upcoming episodes.
I thought the beat where her and Marty finally looked eye to eye at the ice rink was particularly notable. I think she makes it pretty clear then that this is his one and only chance, but given it seems clear the marriage did break down you have to wonder whether it was down to Marty acting up or her.
Looking at the preview I think it's noteworthy that the investigators have pulled her in to add some perspective on events, and that's going to be interesting especially if it perhaps contradicts the narratives Marty & Rust have been feeding them.

Mad men still has a ways to go yet before it wraps and tbh Bryan Cranston is probably getting a little long in the tooth to play field detective.
I definitely like to see Cranston doing something else that was totally different from BB, but I suspect the best option for him is a return to comedy for a bit to break that Heisenberg mold.
It's like when Ian McShane came off of Deadwood playing Al Sweargen and then the next big TV thing that came his way was (the ill-fated) Kings, where in he pretty much played a similarly Machiavellian character though one with better circumstances and less of a penchant for swearing like a trooper

And i think the whole head honchos of the police dept are involved. That underage brothel was protected by the sheriff of that area wasnt it? He let everything happen there under his nose. Something like that just cant be happening with no consequence. It was just a oddly strong scene to Woodys character. and me.
