Tom Warren: Microsoft has created an xCloud-powered PC testing app for 60fps streams to allow developers to connect to devkits remotely and test Xbox games. Infinity Ward, Ninja Theory, Rare, Turn 10, and others are using the app

This is a first. Allowing for remove testing and debugging is a huge advantage.

Its huge. Its technically a way to run game code remotely. Nothing like this has previously been achieved in the console space. Makes a lot of sense.
