Can't believe I'm about to say this, but Keighly and co.

#1 SGF put on the best show they've ever done. Still drug on too long, but they showed the most things that I'm personally interested in.

#2 Microsoft had a great showing too.

#3 Nintendo was mixed overall and lacking in new game announcements.

#4 Sony had basically nothing I'm interested in (but that's been the story of this generation, for me)

Geoff arguably had his best show for the summer event ever. Yes it was front loaded as hell and the finisher was predictable, but I found the pacing much better than the actual game awards.

Second for me would be Xbox. Really dug Gears, Resonance, Senua, Cockwork, and even fable looked less shit to me. They are ones to watch going forward especially since I think game awards 2027 finisher will likely be elder scrolls 6.

As far as first parties, i think halo, gears, fable probably won over wolverine and god of crack addict, but not by much, none of them was mindblowing like something like ill, stellar 2 or other stuff.

Third parties were the real winners.
So i would say microsoft by a tiny margin just by having the largest number of decent first parties.

If third parties can be considered a faction in the war, then they won by a landslide.
