What's Your looksmaxxing routine?

For me, looks-maxxing is nothing I do on the extreme end; I simply have an easy , regular routine:

-Cleanser (gentle, daily)
-Moisturizer (barrier focused)
-SPF 30+ every day
-Lift 2x/week
-Protein ~0.7–1g/lb lean mass (beef, chicken, fish)
-Stay lean; bulk slowly
-Sleep 10–12 hours (non‑negotiable)
-$45 haircut that fits head shape
-Trim brows, manage facial hair
-No alcohol, limited vaping
-Stress control (cortisol kills looks)

DISCLAIMER

Your life should not revolve around looksmaxxing. It should be a short term phase and you forget about it.
Once the work is done, you move on. Your focus should be your life, your goals, and your direction, not endlessly optimizing how you look.

If you do this you might have a chance at living a better life then any 99% of the world.

So what's your looks routine?

usually wear clothes.

I eat one meal a day, sometimes two, no breakfast. I'm 5'11 170lbs. That's about it, I brush at least twice a day, shower 5 days a week, try and get at least 7 hours of sleep. Shave about once a month, 1 haircut per year. I look 30, at 42.

Ribeye steaks 3 - 4x a week, the bare minimum amount of sleep to get me through the work week, and a steady flow of these.

Water is optional and vegetables have no place in my kitchen.

I'm a man.

Step 1: Roll out of bed, typically hungover
Step 2: Shower, use one product that washes hair, face, body and bum crack that comes in a massive XXL size bottle.
Step 3: Find clean clothes by giving them a sniff like that scene in Ghostbusters 2.

Rub sleep out of eyes.
Comb my hair flat from sleeping wrong.
Wash junk.

I managed to lose a fair bit of weight a few years ago by actually cooking, only two meals a day, and having a consistent bedtime. I'm still lazy and not terribly fit.

I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Just finished eating a bag of crisps. Have been in my bedroom most of the time for the past four days as it's the only air conditioned room. Haven't worn anything but a bedsheet since Monday. A triumph is me.

Lift 7x a week. I have a standing desk at home and at work so I can pedal a bike or use a walking pad while I work/game. I trim my hair myself. That's it. High protein diet as well.

Lifting and being tall with a cute face and green eyes and a good hairline is usually enough to get by.

I saved my hairline by stopping using hair gel and other products when i was 16.

Op sleep in one day what i accumulate in 3 days, dafuq :lollipop_grinning_sweat:

Your threads are always creative I'll give you that 😊

Regarding your topic I have nothing really, but my hands could have used some moisturizer earlier in my life.
