What's Your looksmaxxing routine?

For me, looks-maxxing is nothing I do on the extreme end; I simply have an easy , regular routine:

-Cleanser (gentle, daily)
-Moisturizer (barrier focused)
-SPF 30+ every day
-Lift 2x/week
-Protein ~0.7–1g/lb lean mass (beef, chicken, fish)
-Stay lean; bulk slowly
-Sleep 10–12 hours (non‑negotiable)
-$45 haircut that fits head shape
-Trim brows, manage facial hair
-No alcohol, limited vaping
-Stress control (cortisol kills looks)

DISCLAIMER

Your life should not revolve around looksmaxxing. It should be a short term phase and you forget about it.
Once the work is done, you move on. Your focus should be your life, your goals, and your direction, not endlessly optimizing how you look.

If you do this you might have a chance at living a better life then any 99% of the world.

So what's your looks routine?

7-8 hours of sleep.
Clean (ish) diet
Gym 5-6 times per week.
Sex with wife at least 5 times per week (at least one screaming Tantric session)
Shower includes full body scrub, sensitive shower gel, aplicen double effect shampoo.
Moisturising face wash (non alcoholic)
Full body Moisturising
Full body shave (no hair from the eyebrows down)
Brush, and flossing teeth minimum twice per day.

I literally never had a bad haircut in my life, regardless of price. Worst one was when a friend of my mother offered to do it.
Stop lying bro.
This is you when you get a haircut:

What are these? They look delicious.

"Gnummareddi" are a traditional specialty from the southern Italian region of Puglia, they are small rolls made from lamb or goat offal, typically including liver, lung, and sometimes other organs. The filling is wrapped in the animal's caul fat (a thin fatty membrane surrounding the internal organs) or, more traditionally, with intestines to hold everything together.
The rolls are then seasoned simply with salt, pepper, parsley, and sometimes garlic, before being grilled over charcoal or wood embers until the outside becomes crisp and the inside stays tender and juicy.

It's basically cholesterol-maxxing, (hence why Southern Italians mostly look like Super Mario) but...G'damn brother if they don't taste heavenly, very umami flavor...

I eat them once every 2 weeks for obvious reasons 😁
