Well I'm getting Halo 3 at midnight on Tuesday. Too bad I'm not taking off school. Eh, chances are I just won't go because I'll be up all night playing.

7 days and some hours. Woo

Yeah... but I ordered this back in March, so unless they haven't prioritised by order date, it's a little confusing.

I am amazingly horrible at Halo 2, but I can pick up a flag and run. I'm very good at running.

Pretty decent chance of it. All three maps are being revealed between now and release, so we have a 3/7, or roughly 50% chance of seeing the reveal tonight (assuming we get 1 reveal per night per outlet).

In all honesty, I tried to watch it but the sun is glaring on my monitor and quality is so shoddy. I couldn't hear anything or see -much- for that matter but I'd still avoid it at all costs if you want to avoid spoilers.

I'm actually glad I didn't get to watch it, bad prior decision on my part.

I saw just a tiny little bit of that youtube ending..god horrible quality. Just gonna watch it on my tv when I finish the game :)
 
BTW, let me tell you one thing...

Whenever you complete the game and the credits start rolling, don't press A. In fact, don't press anything. Trust me...

Really, any button press will take you out of the credits and force you to miss sweet after credit goodness?

Now we know there is sweet after credit goodness.

I personally LOVE seeing the credits roll and usually blast the music as I relax and try to imagine what I just played through. Gears of War was a fun one to end on Insane. I hope Halo 3 is just as good.

I kinda wish more people would watch credits. The game staff slaved hard and long over the game, the least you can do is watch the credits.

On a semi-side-note, I wish games would give you achievements for watching the credits in their entirety.

They were well deserved.

Have fun. If you hold one, make sure you smell it. Just in case your not allowed to purchase it. Or your arrested for running with it out of a store.

Just make the Credits more creative.

I was playing Animal Crossing DS the other day. The only way to see the Credits is on Saturday Nights at 8pm in the Cafe during a KK Slider performance. :lol

Credits at the end of a game are now boring to me.

Yeah, I always watch them. I think of it as being the creators walking out on stage and taking a bow; I'm always one of those few to sit through credits in the theater when I see a movie. Some games have the credits separate from the ending, like Oblivion and Bioshock, and I always felt those did a disservice to the creators and make a point to watch them at least once.

Plus, credit cookies! Yum.

Yup. We have 40 of them. And 360 (!) copies of regular. 64 copies of the strategy guide. And 68 copies (thats 34 boxes) of Legendary.
 
Its amazing that anticipation for a game can build this much....Damn you Bungie.....

Just stay strong. I'd much rather get to the ending with 3 other people that also haven't seen the ending. Just have to be sure to turn down my headset, don't feel like hearing them during that moment.
 
Did anybody here Pre-Order a Limited Edition through www.game.uk.com ? I'm just a bit scared that something will screw up and they don't send out my Limited Edition in time or something... like it gets delayed. This can't happen :(

Not Legendary, I didn't want to risk it... but even I'm scared that my Limited Edition won't get here in time, I haven't got a back up for it :(

Heh, I usually go run and get a drink or something to enjoy while watching the credits. I have to watch the credits any time I beat a game. I mean I just spent hours beating it and I'm not going to watch the last 5 minutes?

I pre-ordered the Legendary from game's website a couple of months ago.

I also ordered my bioshock limited from them, it came no hassle and a day before release. (7am no less)

That's good, I pre-ordered Halo 3 ltd as soon as it was announced, I'm just a bit scared I don't get it in time, a day before release would be nice :D
