well at first i was tempted to say 200 bucks, but then i thought and hmmm, do i really wanna spend 260 bucks on halo 3? :lol

my next attempt is gonna be to bring a girl in and see if she can persuade him.

Damn, thats freaking hilarious. I guess I'll stop by 7-11 tomorrow! I think I might try and look around other places too. Ghetto K-marts, ect.

You know, I would feel really bad about getting some little old lady fired who was just stocking games or something and didn't know Halo 3 was released on the 25th. I would probably tell her the truth.

Does anyone know if they're still taking pre-orders for the "Collector's Edition"? Oh, and do I have to put down more than 5 dollars?

Has the question of online co-op skipping cut-scenes been answered yet? If one player chooses to skip the cut-scene, does that mean it skips, or does everybody need to press to skip, or it doesn't allow skipping or what?

I for one would prefer that cut-scenes can't be skipped.
 
I just called two 7-11s. Man...the stereotype is in full effect over here. Not only could they not understand English well, they were rude and hung up immediately. Now THAT is service. :lol

I effectively ended tonights GAF halo game with my GAFctf game.

:D


:( that gametype was made to be played with 10+ people*. and we had an odd number of people and BTB isn't fun unless you populate the whole team and I am going to edit that game type and I won't have any more "Bang" games unless you suggest them to me and even then I'll be cautious so everyone doesn't quit like they did to day and I need to change my GAF Ctf game to not have even teams and I only meant to betray a few people in that first BTB game we had where I pwned all with that warthawg, that was a good waarthawg, I pwned some noob total right out the air and I like that pink guy with the grenade avatar cus he pwned and I laughed that section of night right away that rocket game was pretty lame aswel btw I couldn't kill anything.

Same time next week?

I was SOOOOOO close when I tried on Friday...

The lady working barely spoke English, she had know idea what Halo 3 was and whether they were selling it, and it was her first day on the job! But she refused to go in the back and look around for it... Probably thought I'd grab a bag of Fritos or something.

I JUST WANTZ MAH HALOZ. Maybe I'll try again tonight...

If anyone was wondering about the guy at GI forums who's friend got Halo 3 early, he lives in North Carolina. He's wondering if the guy who sold it to him got Halo 3 and the Halo 3 Xbox 360 release dates mixed up.

Xbox Live is being such a bitch since the update. Half the time I can't join games and I sent you a bunch of invites and we sat and waited for you and then it just switched you to offline. My friends list lags now as well and I can't even see what people are playing, it just says "online."

My friend asked them and they said they get it Monday. He said other people start selling them monday too. So he actually might get one. She wanted to sell it to him.

Its got some known issues regarding 360's. I think that's why they took it out of the matchmaking playlists.

Quitting was the only option once everyone left my team. Those earlier games were great fun.
