my personal vote is keep story spoilers out of this thread till launch. I'd rather a spoiler thread seperate from this one. Come midnight on the 25th, I'd say its fair game.

I really dont want a multiple page discussion of spoiler text to have to dodge daily. All it takes is one guy to miss-spell spoiler [SPIOLER] and we've got trouble.

Not to mention you can infer alot by selective spoiling rather than spoiler tagging the whole block of text. Which I'm sure someone is bound to do.

Agreed, I have typed spoiler wrong before in the Bioshock thread and thankfully caught it before anyone noticed.

I think this is the safest course of action.

Sorry, it was in no way meant as being offensive.

The thing I asked Frankie about in the PM was how to create the entrapped version of High Ground correctly, as I had some problems with it. Since I wrote I would dedicate 90% of my life to Forge when I get the game (random high number), Tieno just made a joke that by that I meant I would give the gave a score of 90%...

And that's it...

Yeah, wondering the same thing too. The last podcast had Paul Bertone ask why there weren't any screens of that on Bnet yet, and Frankie said that would be ratified soon.

I saw what Tieno did, and I know your're not teasing on purpose.

However, the wait for Halo 3 is excruciating and to know that someone has played it hurts me inside a little :D

You can relax by knowing I don't have the game right now and almost have to wait as long as you to play it again. Trust me, the wait doesn't get any easier after you've played it!

I remember a similar thing with the beta. As I played more I realised it was just going to make it harder to go months without it once it ended! And that's just the beta, just multiplayer, just 3 maps, in an unfinished state. Getting a one day taste of full Halo 3 goodness and then being deprived for a week or so must be pretty unbearable. :P I'm sure that one day experience itself makes up for it though! :)

One cool thing i noticed is, and my memory of the beta is a bit fuzzy now, but the fuse on the grenades looks much shorter there compared to what i remember of it.

That would help me a lot since i often had problems using them well in the beta :P
 
Alot of people from other forums are showing pictures of various people having the game already.. sorta sucks we gotta wait another week but its not too much longer now..
