FUCK. I just checked Comic Con's site and they're all sold out of tickets. No go for me this year. I really wanted to play FireFight and see this panel, too. :(

fuck, why are all the halo related events on the west coast? :( i never attend to get free swag or even get a damn t-shirt because i live on the east coast.

i cant wait for PAX next year, it'll be my first convention.
 
Managed to get a few games in last night. Man it's tough finding playlists when I have all the maps but my friend doesn't have Mythic. I understand why the playlist requirements have changed, and how people who did buy ought to have the chance to play the maps they purchased. But I just wish there was a better way of doing it.

Still, ODST will solve all this...

Anyone ever have to call a none 1-800-4myxbox number before. After having called in and gotten a label for my latest repair, I've been getting calls from some lady named Monika wanting me to call into some weird number to talk about my repair. I just recently got an email that says this:

Hello, this is Monika with Xbox Customer Support. I am calling for BerlinSudduth regarding your recently completed repair order. We see that you have set up a new repair order and need to speak with you further before you send in the console. Please call us back at your earliest convenience at 1-888-236-0927 EXT 7131. Agents are available from 10am to 10pm Eastern time.

I gave my copy of HaloPC to a friend a few years back... Hope he still has it, know he hasn't been playing it. :lol

It depends on what Bungie actually intends to do with the game though. I mean, if we're getting some netcode improvements or something, that'd be great... And I still need to try out Halo 2 Vista.

24 hours spent playing 100 Halo 3 games on Bungie Day with one goal in mind: get 77 exp. I put my money on it being one of the required criteria, and guess what? It was.

I ended the day going 70-30.

Yeah, I'm surprised that Bungie won as much as they did. They are, for the most part, not very good and I came across tons of teams of four generals trying to play Bungie during my crusade against Shishka. Sadly, I was not given the opportunity to play said Lord British. If you are reading this now, Shishka, this is a challenge against you and your crones.
 
The final tally looks fine to me. To be honest, at first I expected them to lose by a significant margin but after the first few hours of Bungie Day it became clear to me that they could squeeze out a couple extra wins.

The video is of an Elite getting killed by a Spartan Laser wielding Spartan. Its nothing extraordinary.
 
Well I know it couldn't have been anything good, after all its from Bungie. I just don't get why I can't play them?

Also yes the fact all 4 members of their team were playing from the same place granted them host 95% of the games they played but hey regardless they only won HALF, those are some terrible stats. You should never really lose on host, granted pretty much all their members had the host advantage.

And yea I guess well never know whos better, but you can enjoy your half-assed btb win Bungie. You still suck.
 
LOL at those people who were lucky enough to get matched against Bungie and then go ahead and lose the match. Except for the matches against the testers, I'm sure they were good.

Also, I had an insane comeback in a game today. I went off at the end of the match. I got 9 of my teams last 12 kills totaling to 25 kills, 10 deaths. If anyone gives a shit...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyqihncF6Lw
