If you really wanna get better, stick with ranked. You'll get better if you keep playing with people who are better than you are.
 
How does Rocket Race have 16,800 people in it? Do 16,600 people really want those 2 exp points that bad? Cause the playlist only had like 200 people in it when it was out.

It got a good amount of folks playing it when it was Social. I also found it pretty enjoyable, despite the unflavored maps and the limited supply.

It's a fun game to play every once and a while. When it comes up once a month or less than people who find it fun with come together and play it. When it's a permanent playlist those same players still play it only once and a while, but not all at once.

I've honestly never played Rocket Race. I would this time too but my Xbox... :(

Man, I can never tell if you're serious or not.

I'm pretty AMAZED by the fact that someone killed 19 players with frag grenades. Do you think that's really easy? Is THAT why you think he shouldn't be allowed to do it? (I don't think I've ever even heard of that before - so I don't think it's easy - I think he should be given props for doing something most people have never done.)

I mean, crap - when you go 15-0 with a sniper rifle, should I be complaining to Bungie that snipers should be pulled from matchmaking? (No, of course not.)

I can't even figure out what you're really complaining about - the guy who did all the killing wasn't even playing the game! (It was a King game, he was playing Slayer.) You wanna complain about something, complain about THAT. (I'd personally yank those props I offered above because the guy decided to play slayer instead of KOTH, but that's different than complaining that there are too many grenades. :D )

WTF is with Halo and its matchmaking today? In a party of three people, with a highest skill of 47 (or 45 on my alt) and a lowest of 41, we have been matched with so many level 50's in MLG..... we're getting our asses handed to us. This is not fun :(

I guess I should have joined to help out lol. Actually I've been playing like pure dog shit for the past week or so. I've solidified the loss of my 50 in MLG today with like 3 straight losses. At least I have something to work for though. :/

If I ever got to 50 I would wrap that playlist up and tie with a bow tie. I'll never see the day.

It's hilarious seeing or going into Social games and getting matched up with inferior players. Not sure how that's planned out, but I see far too many parties of 50's and high 40's facing 20's and 30's.

I'm playing Halo 3 again, this time going for the campaign scoring achievements. I'm having so much fun, the gameplay in Halo 3 is just so incredible. My usual complaints about level design still apply (too linear, not large enough) but man, I'm having a blast. Only got 45,000 on the Ark though, so I have to do that one again. Can't wait...

I need to play more MLG so I can get to know the callouts a bit better.. that lockdown game.. I had no idea where most of those places were. :lol

I meant the callouts. Obviously it isn't exactly Midship but its major structures are modeled after Midship. Nothing compares to Midship.
